Are you planning family holidays in the province of Luxembourg? This 4-star holiday cottage is the ideal location for young and old, as it offers tons of potential activities on-site and in the surroundings. The chalet is welcoming and thought to make a wonderful base for family holidays. Your kids will be pleased with the swimming pool and the children games that are available in the large garden. You can share a beautiful afternoon fishing by the pond, or playing petanque on the pitch. Relaxing in the jacuzzi or in the infrared cabin is another possibility.
The inside of the house is as comfortable as the outside. Take the first step into this chalet and enter the living area, comprising a pleasant and authentic wooden kitchen, providing the necessities to prepare delicious meals to be shared around the large table of the adjoining dining room or on the sunny terrace provided with a barbecue. The adjacent living room with fireplace and splendid sandstone wall is inviting and guarantees perfect evenings with family or friends.
The first floor of the self-catering accommodation is composed of four bedrooms, each with its private bathroom. The wellness facility also available on the first floor represents a true asset of the house. It contains an infrared cabin and a whirlpool bath for two persons.
If you wish to bring your four-legged friend along, you can. Indeed, your dog is welcome in this holiday cottage.
Don’t hesitate to explore this wonderful region of Belgium, as it is full of touristic treasures. Houffalize is the Belgian mountain bike capital, as it offers 165 kilometres of MTB trails! Nature lovers can also take strolls in Houffalize or Gouvy at any time of year. In case you want to discover Gouvy in a kayak, or thanks to adventure trails, RHM BuitenSport - La Roche-en-Ardenne et Gouvy is the perfect centre for you and is located only 5 kilometres away! Your kids will have a ball in Houtopia, a recreation centre a stone’s throw from your chalet! And if you want to visit the smallest city in the world, Durbuy is more or less 50 minutes away!
Everything is possible when you spend your vacation in Gouvy, and this holiday cottage is the promise of a great time!
The outdoor games and the fishing pond are common with another holiday cottage in the vicinity.
The house is only reserved for families.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…
Aangenaam verblijf in een goed verzorgde woning. Vriendelijke gastheer, rustig gelegen, groot domein, faciliteiten zijn top, ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen. Enige minpuntje: hoge bijkomende verbruikskosten (elektro).
Zeker een aanrader. Goede ontvangst van de gastheer. En de rest is zoals je verwacht van een vakantiehuis.
Wij hebben samen met een vriendenstel en onze kinderen genoten van deze vakantie. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de sauna, jacuzzi, zwembad en het speeltuintje wat erbij ligt. Door de jacuzzi kon de kleinste (4 maanden) ook zwemmen. De koeien vonden de andere kinderen interessant maar hebben we totaal geen last van gehad. Goed tot rust kunnen gekomen en genoten. Het eindbedrag stroom was erg hoog. Dit lazen we ook in reviews terug. Desondanks een fijne vakantie gehad!
Leuk vakantiehuis met veel faciliteiten. Rustig gelegen maar toch dichtbij verschillende steden en activiteiten. Enige minpuntje was dat er geen muggenziften waren en dat de dunnen gordijntjes veel licht doorlieten (niet ideaal met kleine kinderen). Voor de rest alles prima!

Een zeer fijn vakantieverblijf, met een echt “Ardennen-gevoel”!
We hebben een heerlijke week doorgebracht in dit vakantiehuis. De wellness faciliteiten zijn zeer compleet (sauna, infraroodsauna, jaccuzi en zwembad) en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien (openhaard en bbq aanwezig). De omgeving is heel rustig, enige geluid kwam van de (buur)koeien. Onze hond heeft zich ook uitstekend vermaakt in de grote tuin en rond de visvijver. Door de fijne veranda kan je , ook bij minder weer, lekker buiten zitten. Kortom, het perfecte vakantiehuis voor mens en hond
Vriendelijke eigenaar, plaat linksvoor van het kookvuur deed het niet goed, stofzuiger is aan vervanging toe. Wel mooi ingericht en gezellige woning.
Prima woning, met goede voorzieningen en prima ligging. Wel een pittige energie rekening achteraf, terwijl er ook 50 zonnepanelen aanwezig zijn , maar wordt niet verrekend, dat is jammer.
Prima locatie, fijne ontvangst en mooi ruim huis met heerlijk zwembad en wellness. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad

prachtig schoon huis, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Verhuurder nam zeer ruim de tijd om huis uit te leggen, de omgeving uit te leggen, en wat er allemaal te beleven was (in Nederlands) . We hebben genoten
Wunderbare Zeit mit Freunden bei ausreichend Platz, prima Ausstattung und noch mehr wohlfühlen gehabt. Da es schon recht abseits gelegen ist sollte man bei Verpflegung gut planen. Für ein Wochenende optimal zu empfehlen.
