On the program: a relaxing moment in the wellness area, fun times in the outdoor swimming pool, escapes into the countryside, and cosy evenings by the fire.
This 3-star farmhouse has four bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of them is equipped with a bubble bath. The large living area includes a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a dining room so that you can spend special moments together.
Ideal for families with children, this holiday home leaves no room for boredom. With a jacuzzi, sauna, a large garden with petanque terrain and badminton court, a playground, and a swimming pool heated to 26 °C, nothing has been left to chance! You can even practice fishing in the private pond of the property. In the evening, have a drink on the covered terrace while your children have fun on the swings.
Do you want to explore the surroundings? Gouvy is a dream region! Nature lovers will be happy since Gouvy has no less than 11 nature and ornithological reserves. You can also go to Malmedy, located about forty minutes away, for a shopping trip or cultural visits. There is the Malmundarium; a former monastery turned into a museum, and the Baugnez 44 Historical Center, an exhibition about the Battle of the Ardennes. Not far from there, Plopsa Coo is an amusement park that offers a fun day for both young and old.

La maison est bien située et accueillante. Le gros bémol est un compteur faisant du bruit sur la terrasse. Ce compteur tourne beaucoup et la note finale est corsée. Nous savions que l'eau, l'électricité ainsi que le gaz n'étaient pas compris mais nous nous attendions pas à cette consommation !!!! Nous avons passé les 2 journées le long de la piscine et puisqu'il faisait très chaud, nous n'avons pratiquement pas été dans la maison. Le propriétaire n'a rien voulu entendre.
Een leuk vakantiehuis voor een weekendje weg met vrienden of familie. De Jacuzzi en sauna zijn een echte meerwaarde om helemaal tot rust te komen. Prachtige omgeving, erg rustig gelegen en voldoende parkeermogelijkheden. Wij hebben een lokale brouwerij bezocht, gewandeld en genoten van de rust. Een fijne plek om te vertoeven! Dankjewel voor de gastvriendelijkheid! Wij zijn erg goed ontvangen (de eigenaar spreekt zeer goed Nederlands) en ook praktisch verliep alles vlot (terugbetaling borg, etc.)

Pluspunten + Eigenaar is heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en spreekt heel goed Nederlands + Het huis is heel ruim en alles was mooi opgeruimd + Rustige locatie met veel privacy + Gezellig interieur + Uitgebreide keuken + Jacuzzi, sauna en zwembad zijn leuke extras Minpunten - De extra kosten voor elektriciteit en water zijn duur (bij ons 89 euro voor 2,5 dag, bovenop 100 euro schoonmaak) - Fornuis in de keuken had niet de sterkste vlammen dus eten opwarmen kan iets langer duren
huis is ok.alles voorzien.enkele punten die kunnen verbeterd worden.1/jacuzzi onderhouden2/mubilair buiten mag vervangen worden(heeft zijn beste tijd gehad3/kostprijs gas,elektriciteit,water is er wat over3/1glas gebroken (kostprijs 4e).
