Would you like to enjoy a family holiday in a welcoming atmosphere and an authentic and warm setting? Located in a quiet hamlet in Gouvy, in the province of Luxembourg, this holiday home for eight people offers you a dream holiday. On the program: a relaxing moment in the wellness area, fun times in the outdoor swimming pool, escapes into the countryside, and cosy evenings by the fire.
This 3-star farmhouse has four bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of them is equipped with a bubble bath. The large living area includes a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a dining room so that you can spend special moments together.
Ideal for families with children, this holiday home leaves no room for boredom. With a jacuzzi, sauna, a large garden with petanque terrain and badminton court, a playground, and a swimming pool heated to 26 °C, nothing has been left to chance! You can even practice fishing in the private pond of the property. In the evening, have a drink on the covered terrace while your children have fun on the swings.
Do you want to explore the surroundings? Gouvy is a dream region! Nature lovers will be happy since Gouvy has no less than 11 nature and ornithological reserves. You can also go to Malmedy, located about forty minutes away, for a shopping trip or cultural visits. There is the Malmundarium; a former monastery turned into a museum, and the Baugnez 44 Historical Center, an exhibition about the Battle of the Ardennes. Not far from there, Plopsa Coo is an amusement park that offers a fun day for both young and old.

Huis is prima in orde. Wel gedateerd maar dat heeft de pret niet bedorven. Veel gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad, jacuzzi en het veld voor volleybal/badminton. Ook de visvijver is leuk. Er zit genoeg vis in om je uren te vermaken.
Zeer goede ligging, mooi overdekt terras, mooie oprit voor 2/3 auto’’s, mooi zwembad, water aangenaam en proper. Mooie tuin, goede omheining, ideaal voor de honden en kinderen. Aangename vakantie doorgebracht. Aandachtspunten: sommige apparaten zijn verouderd/niet onderhouden. Uur van aankomst is te laat, uur van vertrek is te vroeg. Eigenlijk Maar 6 dagen ter plaatse ipv 7

Zeer aangenaam verblijf, topligging, sympathieke gastheer.
Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst met uitgebreide uitleg over huis en omgeving. Eigenaar spreekt heel goed Nederlands Super tof huis met voldoende ruimte, heel proper en alles was perfect in orde. Mooie, grote, omheinde tuin waar we fijne momenten beleefden in de lekker warme jacuzzi. Een echte aanrader als je van rust en wandelen houdt.

Mooi vakantiehuis voorzien van alle gemakken. We hadden de pech dat de jacuzzi het niet deed, maar de eigenaar heeft alles geprobeerd om dit op te lossen voor ons (lukte helaas niet) maar gaf aan dat we hiervoor gecompenseerd zouden worden. Hele vriendelijke eigenaar, die graag advies gaf voor activiteiten/restaurants in de buurt. De foto’s geven een goed beeld van de sfeer in het huisje, een aantal foto’s zijn verouderd omdat er vernieuwingen zijn doorgevoerd of omdat de meubels zijn verplaatst, maar dit is enkel positief.
