Set in the heart of the beautiful region of Herve, this beautiful holiday cottage for 10 people is nicely decorated and features quality amenities to offer you an exceptional stay.

You will be immediately charmed by the idyllic setting of this lovely property. In order to respect the authentic character of the house, the owners carefully furnished the house to maintain its timeless charm. You will find a sumptuous lounge where you can enjoy getting together with your group in a warm atmosphere. The dining room is equally pleasant and offers a large space that is ideal for hosting nice meals. Plus, the kitchen will make you want to prepare some real feasts, for the greatest pleasure of your whole family. Featuring four bedrooms and four bathrooms, everyone will enjoy their own comfort as it should be. Another little advantage is the very pleasant outdoor area, which is nicely maintained and ideal to enjoy the peaceful surrounding environment during a barbecue or a game of ping-pong. Finally, note that there is a private parking with four spots is at your disposal.

There are many tourist attractions that you can visit near your holiday cottage, such as on the direction of Blegny, where you have the opportunity to discover an old mine, which is now a vestige of an industry that once was present in the region. Malmedy , a charming city in de Belgian Ardennes is just a half an hour's drive away. Soumagne is a great location to start exploring the region of the Ardennes.

Say Herve and you think immediately of the delicious Herve cheese. But Herve is more than just that. The city is known for the annual parade on Easter Monday. The Land of Herve is an astonishing, wavy region. Furthermore, Malmedy is just a half an hour's car ride away. You can reach the big city of Liège within 20 minutes. Een mooi huis met voor ieder een ruime slaapkamer met eigen badkamer en toilet. Het huis is bijzonder goed onderhouden, met liefde ingericht en verzorgd, dat zie je in veel kleine details. Enig nadeel was de gehorigheid, maar dat namen we voor lief. Een mooie tuin waar we heerlijk in de schaduw konden ontbijten, tijdens een uitzonderlijk warme...

Excellent house for big group of people, the many bathrooms and separate toilets were very convenient. Plenty of space to hang around in the house and garden. The landlord was very service-oriented, and we got a very kind reception. Soumagne is a good starting point for trips in many directions (Maastricht/South Limburg/NL, Aachen, Ardennes).

Fantastisch huis, super goed in orde. Elke kamer heeft eigen WC en badkamer wat een echt luxe is, maar... de eigenaares was zeer onvriendelijk vanaf dag één tot bij opkuis. Dit heeft ons stress bezorgd. Net was je op vakantie wil vermijden. Er zijn heel veel regels die je vrijheid inperken en weinig nut lijken te hebben. Ik begrijp niet waarom...
