Stone, wood, warm atmosphere… this 3.5 star small farmhouse for 8/9 persons in Hockai benefits from high-class materials and will be perfect for family holidays near the High Fens region.
This small farmhouse in the province of Liège was recently renovated and is now a splendid holiday cottage. The ground floor is composed of a large living area with kitchen and dining room. One of the bathrooms (equipped with infrared sauna) is also on the ground floor.
On the first floor, a mezzanine reading corner looks over the dining room. The large and cosy sitting room will be perfect for relaxing evenings after a busy day out in the region.
On the second floor, you will find two pleasant bedrooms.
The house benefits from a lovely terrace as well as a large garden offering a view over the High Fens region.
Located in the village of Hockai (near cross-country skiing trails), the holiday cottage lies in a region full of activities: the well-known Spa-Francorchamps racing track, the town of Spa with its Skydive Spa center and its thermal baths are just a few kilometres away.

Pets not allowed
Zeer ruim huis. Alles aanwezig. Ligging heel fijn. Groete tuin. Alles aanwezig. enige minpuntje is dat de slaapkamers zeer gehorig zijn.
Fijn verblijf gehad. Contact met de eigenares verliep prima en we mochten wat later uitchecken. Leuk dat het verblijf ook gebruikt wordt door het gezin zelf. De aanwezigheid van basisspullen als koffiefilter, handzeep, vaatwastabletten, vuilzakken, ... werd gewaardeerd. Sommige zaken zijn wel aan een update toe, vooral in de badkamer (bv. douchekop, lavabostop, gebrek aan kapstokken en badmat). Het salon is een vreemd beestje met een pooltafel die heel veel plek inneemt ten koste van de zithoek.
Het huis is zeer goed gelegen, vlakbij de vallei van de Hoëgne, de wandeling Les Trôs Marets en de mooie hoge venen. Je kan heel veel wandelingen gewoon aanvatten vanaf het huisje. De tuin is ook echt prachtig, heerlijk om tijd in door te brengen. Het huis is ook zeer goed voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt en de communicatie met de eigenaars verliep zeer vlot! Wij kunnen de woning enkel maar aanraden!
Uitstekend! Charmante woning , prachtige tuin, zeer fijne en rustige omgeving.
