This splendid house with indoor swimming-pool and an wellness center is situated on the plateau of the Hautes Fagnes, between Spa and the Signal of Botrange. The house is located on a great ground of 15.000 m2 with a breathtaking view on the West. In winter, it is possible to leave from the property to the 4, 8,12 … km langlauf ski runs of the region. Many walks (walk of the Hoëgne) or rides with a mountainbike. There are many cultural and natural interesting sights in less than 20 km of the house : the lake of Robertville, the town of Spa, the natural center of the Hautes Fagnes and the Signal of Botrange at 694m height, the cultural center and the abbey of Stavelot and the circuit of SPA Francorchamps.
