This holiday home in Houffalize is ideal for families or groups of friends up to 16 people who want to enjoy an unforgettable holiday together in the Ardennes. The house was completely renovated in 2025 and combines modern comfort with a warm, cozy atmosphere. With no less than 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, there is enough space and privacy for everyone. Thought has also been given to the little ones with 1 baby cot and 2 children's chairs. Pets are welcome, as there is room for 2 dogs.

The equipment of this house is truly impressive. You can relax in the sauna after a day full of adventure, or take a dip in the heated indoor pool. For lovers of games and conviviality, there is a pool table available and a spacious playroom where young and old can have fun.

Outside awaits a beautiful private garden with outdoor play equipment for the children and a petanque court for a friendly match. The garden is also equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a private terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful view.
