Voor de vijfde maal geboekt met een groep vrienden. Nooit hebben we te klagen gehad over dit huisje. Alain is een super huisbaas die altijd alles correct afhandelt
Goed onderhouden en net huisje, mooi gelegen met zonnige tuin en genoeg tuinmeubilair. Alles aanwezig wat men nodig heeft en gastheer zeer vriendelijk en correct.
Ontvangst en contact met de verhuurder was uitstekend. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien, het is echt een aanrader.
Goede en vriendelijke ontvangst bij de aankomst van onze midweek. Ruim en gezellig huis. Alles is er voorzien. Ook gezellig is het bankje aan de overkant aan het riviertje.

Op internet op zoek gegaan naar een voordelige woning. Uiteindelijk kwam ik bij Ardennes-etape uit. Gelukkig maar! Heb 2-3 x gebeld voor ik ging boeken en ben geweldig geholpen. Ik werd verrast toen ik de eigenaar Andre ging bellen. Hij sprak geen engels en ik geen frans. Dus telefonisch contact is via ardennes-etapes gegaan. Bij aankomst werden we super warm ontvangen en was taal ineens geen probleem meer met een paar woorden frans en engels door elkaar begrepen we elkaar. De woning was perfect

Een zeer fijn huisje op een topplek.
Voor de 4de maal dit huisje gehuurd, dus dat wil toch wel zeggen dat we zeer tevreden zijn.

Prima vakantiewoning, op een rustige locatie. Aardige behulpzame eigenaar. Vanuit de vakantiewoning kun je direct starten met verschillende wandelroutes. Tussen het stuwmeer van Nisramont (met mogelijkheden om te kanoën) en La Roche-en-Ardenne kronkelt de Ourthe. Dit is een schitterend stukje van de Ardennen. Tijdens één van onze wandelingen stuitten we op enkele bevers. Het toeristische stadje La Roche-en-Ardenne licht op 15 minuten rijden van de vakantiewoning - zeer aan te bevelen.

Super leuk vakantiehuis. Wij waren met 4 Volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Ideaal! Alles was aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Heel vriendelijke eigenaar. We gaan zeker nog eens terug!
Ruim en fijn vakantie huis om te verblijven met een grotere groep. We troffen het huis heel schoon aan! Mooie ligging. De houtkachel was fijn.

Leuk huisje, leuke ligging met ruime opzet! Tuin aan de achterzijde vrij klein/krap maar je kunt prima aan de voorzijde zitten. Eigenaar sprak geen woord Engels o.i.d. maar met handen en voeten kom je er wel!

Erg mooi huis uitstekende locatie en prachtig omgeving, de kruk uitstekend voorzien enkel de apparatuur zijn aan een upgrade toe

Keurig huis! MTB Routes in de buurt en ruim voldoende om met z'n 8'en een weekendje te fietsen en ontspannen.
Goede gezellige woning met alles op en aan. Wij hebben wel aan de huisbaas gezegd om de dampkap te vervangen,die is echt vies en werkt daarom onvoldoende.De huisbaas zelf is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.
