Very spacious, cosy holiday home in an ideal location, a sun-drenched terrace, and a great play area with kicker, billiards and poker table. Dogs welcome.
This attractive holiday home with 4 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with bath and shower) is the ideal place to get your family and/or friends together. Whether you fancy a table football tournament or a round of poker or billiards, it’s all possible here. The well-equipped play area also features a cosy sitting area with stove so everyone can have a good time together. And conviviality follows you outside: gather around the fire pit (in winter with an extra thick sweater and a warm drink) to catch up, or enjoy a barbecue on the sun-drenched terrace.
Hedonists can easily express their love in this region by combining regional products and beautiful nature. For a rugged walk and a beautiful view, we recommend Lake Nisramont. The long walk crosses the eastern and western Ourthe and treats you to a calming view along the edge of the lake. Be sure to plan a visit to the Achouffe brewery, which is close to your holiday home. Here you not only discover how La Chouffe is brewed, this is also one of the smallest and most charming villages in the Ardennes, where you can enjoy a brisk walk that begins and ends at the brewery.
Enjoy a top location close to Houffalise, La-Roche-en-Ardenne and the ski slope of Baraque Fraiture. Ideal for a varied (family) holiday.
This holiday home is wonderful in every season. Are you staying outside the high season? Then you not only enjoy extra peace and quiet, but also lower prices.

Aangenaam huis met veel ruimte. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig kan hebben. Matrassen kunnen beter en wel gehorig. Verder een echte aanrader!

We hebben een enorm mooi weekend gehad met elkaar. Mooi huis grote ruimte mooie omgeving..de spelletjes die er allemaal zijn
Op het eerste zicht superleuk huisje, tot je het gaat gebruiken. Jammer. Zou zo goed kunnen zijn.
Magnifique maison situé dans une très belle région. Nous avons pu profiter du garage pour y mettre les vélos.

Prachtig vakantiehuis met veel ruimte en faciliteiten! Foto's doen geen recht aan de tuin, woonkamers (meervoud!) en keuken. Enige nadelen zijn de kwaliteit van de matrassen en de gehorigheid aan de voorzijde van de woning: de houten vloer laat al het geluid gewoon door.
Groot, mooi, proper huis! Vriendelijke eigenaar! Echte aanrader !!!
We hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf. Wandelingen starten aan de overkant van de straat. Keuken was heel goed uitgerust. Voldoende ruimte voor een groep.

Zeer mooi huus met goede ligging. Bevat zelfs meer luxe en faciliteiten dan aangegeven. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding
Wij zijn afgelopen week hier op vakantie geweest en hebben echt genoten van het prachtige huis en de mooie omgeving. De keuken is goed uitgerust met kookgerei en hebben hierdoor onbeperkt lekker zelf kunnen koken. Ook de gastheer was goed te bereiken als er iets was. Wij zijn heel erg tevreden!

Superbe maison de vacances, avec extérieur clôturé, des pièces spacieuses et bien équipée. Seuls bémols, la pelouse n'était pas bien entretenue et il n'y a aucune isolation acoustique entre les pièces intérieures.
Aangenaam en zeer ruim vakantiehuis, prima uitgerust en goed gelegen. Alles aanwezig voor een fijn lang weekend. Als ik dan toch een tip zou mogen geven aan de eigenaar; wij hadden enkel nog graag iets van een klein speeltuig in de tuin of op het terras gezien voor kleine kinderen, verder alles TOP.
mooi huisje goede ligging maar moet nog een beetje aan gewerkt worden
Het is echt een heerlijk vakantiehuis met veel ruimte en de ligging is fantastisch. Ook is de tweede wc (boven) een hele prettige bijkomstigheid. Het terras heeft de hele dag zon dus daar was het ook heerlijk vertoeven. Kort om, een echte aanrader voor heerlijke vakantie.

Prachtige woning. Probleem met het warm water werd door de vriendelijke eigenaar telefonisch goed opgevangen waardoor we een paar uur later toch van een warme douche konden genieten. 2e wc werd geplaatst en is een absolute meerwaarde! Dit huis is een aanrader.

Agréable surpris, maison propre, spacieux , il y avait tout se que nous avions besoin . Un weekend en famille qui à réussi.

Een prachtig huis(je), gelegen aan een drukke weg maar daar heb je geen last van. Je kan onmiddellijk beginnen aan hele leuke wandelingen, zonder dat je je nog moet verplaatsen. Één klein minpuntje, maar één toilet voor 8 personen is wat weinig. Voor de rest super toffe, ruime vakantiewoning.

We hebben met 8 volwassen personen en een hond genoten van een weekendverblijf in een groot, zeer gezellig, smaakvol ingericht huis met alle comfort. Er was ruimte genoeg voor de hond. Er werd zelfs een bench ter beschikking gesteld indien dat nodig mocht blijken. Wij hadden echter onze eigen bench bij. De zitruimte en het eetgedeelte lopen vlot over in een open keuken met alle comfort. In de zitruimte staat een pelletkachel wat voor extra gezelligheid zorgde. Een echte aanrader!!!

Ruim, gezellig en heel mooi ingericht huis, van alle faciliteiten voorzien. De dampkamp in de keuken hangt wat laag en het lampje ervan werkte niet, maar voor de rest alles pico bello. Zeer fijne tijd gehad!
Très belle maison de campagne bien aménagé et très spacieuse un gros plus pour les salons et la salle à manger très spacieuse. Un petit bémol car il n'y a qu'une seule toilette situé en bas ce qui est un peu contraignant pour 7 personnes.

Heerlijk en ruim vakantiehuis. Wel rekening houden dat het heel gehorig is en maar 1 toilet voor een groep van 8. Verder zeer aan te raden verblijf!
De woning is heel net en heel ruim en alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Spijtig dat je om buiten te kunnen eten eerst een verdieping hoger moet gaan met alle servies, eten...hebben we dus niet gedaan; zijn binnen gebleven De spelruimte is een leuke extra!!
