Wij hadden een heel fijn lang weekend in dit prachtige en gezellige vakantiehuis ondanks het mindere weer. De ligging is perfect en overal dichtbij. We werden vriendelijk telefonisch verwelkomd en kregen de nodige tekst en uitleg met een verrassing bubbels in de koelkast. Een echte aanrader!
Heel mooi en ruim huis, goed uitgerust, zeer netjes, ruime kamers, prima douches, voldoende parking aan het huis. Bij aankomst zeer vriendelijke telefonische ontvangst door de eigenares. Winkel, bakker, horeca op loopafstand.

Excellent gite
Qua ruimte voldeed het huis ruim voldoende aan onze verwachtingen (8 personen), een leuke uitvalbasis voor activiteiten. Winkels en bakkers op loop afstand. De weg voor het huis was drukker dan verwacht. En in de tuin weinig comfortabele tuinstoelen (2) en geen kussens voor de overige stoelen.
Superbe séjour dans une magnifique maison hyper fonctionnelle et qui répond parfaitement aux attentes. Situation parfaite au départ de nombreuses balades, à pieds ou en VTT. Accueil très sympathique et attentif des hôtes, très réactifs. À recommander sans hésitation.
Heerlijke uitvalsbasis voor onze jaarlijkse Mountainbike trip. Huis voldoet aan alle verwachtingen (en meer) en bied alles wat men maar wenst. Volledig ingerichte keuken, voldoende servies, alles is aanwezig. Ook de ruime tuin is genieten.

Super vakantiehuis en heel proper. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Alles was aanwezig.
Een heel mooi en compleet huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Ligging is perfect; alles op loopafstand te bereiken. In de zomer kun je hier genieten van een mooie tuin met terras en de Ourthe in je achtertuin. Tip; wat extra verlichting in de woonkamer/salon; deze ruimte is een beetje donker. Fijn dat we hier mochten verblijven!

Heel fijn huis op uitstekende locatie. Erg goede ontvangst. Enige min puntje, de incheck tijd, 16:00 is erg laat
Mooi huis. Leuke locatie, net buiten het dorp, met alles op loopafstand. Het enige nadeel is dat handdoeken of badmatten niet inbegrepen zijn.
Super tevreden van de verzorgde woning met de perfecte rondleiding en uitleg van woning en gerief door Maggy . Het vakantiehuis is zeker een aanrader door de ligging in het centrum met alle winkels op wandelafstand en toch de stilte van de Ardennen . Bedankt voor de mooie vakantie en hopelijk tot nog eens.

We hebben genoten van het verblijf in dit zeer mooie vakantiehuis. De ontvangst was zeer goed, alles was zeer netjes. Het huis is voorzien van alle comfort. Top locatie en top-huisje!
Uitstekende vakantiewoning! Mooi verblijf gehad. Perfect gelegen in het dorp maar net buiten de drukte van het centrum. Aanrader.
Schitterende vakantiewoning in het hartje van Houffalize. De woning is ruim, heel gezellig en met een mooie tuin. Bakker, slager, restaurantjes en supermarkten zijn vlakbij. Wij komen graag terug!
