Welcome to this beautiful holiday home for 6 people, located in the picturesque Houffalize. This charming house was renovated in 2021 by the owners themselves. The house offers an excellent price-quality ratio and is ideal for a small family or couples with children.
Upon entering, you are welcomed into a tastefully decorated living room with a cozy wood stove. The modern and colorful decoration gives the house a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room is perfect for relaxing after a day full of adventures in the Ardennes. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your meals in the dining room or on the private terrace with barbecue, ideal for summer evenings.
The holiday home has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for everyone. For families with young children, a cot and a high chair are available on request. In addition, there is a private garden where children can play safely and where you can enjoy peace and nature. Your dog is also welcome and will be able to romp around to its heart's content.
This holiday home is not only comfortable and modern but also perfectly located to explore the surroundings. It is situated in a quiet rural area, close to La Roche-en-Ardenne and Houffalize. In winter, the ski slopes of the Baraque de Fraiture are easily accessible for a day of skiing.
There is so much to do and see in the area. For example, visit the lake and dam of Nisramont, an exceptional site in the middle of the Ardennes. Here you can take beautiful walks and enjoy nature.

Séjour très agréable dans cette location bien équipée , bien appréciée de nos amis, dans cette belle région des Ardennes.
Gezellig, proper huisje. Alles aanwezig. Op de slaapkamers boven door schuin dak wat moeilijk om in en uit bed te geraken. Inkom dadelijk in de living waardoor het er altijd wat slordig en vuil bijlag door de wandelschoenen en nu in de winter de bladeren die voor de deur liggen. Goede uitvalbasis voor uitstappen en wandelingen te doen. Prachtige panorama's tijdens de wandelingen. Mooie streek. Maar ondanks alles toch een geslaagd weekend gehad.
Fijn verblijf! Het enige dat we jammer vonden was dat er niet zoveel ramen in keuken/living zijn waardoor het donkerder oogt dan op de foto. Maar ontvangst en uitrusting van het huisje (oa keuken, badkamer..) waren dik in orde!
Het huisje was een perfecte uitvalbasis voor onze avonturen. De keuken is voorzien van alle materiaal/apparatuur. Slaapkamers waren schoon, net als de living beneden en de 'lounge' boven. De grote badkamer was ruim en net. De grote tuin is een pluspunt. Voor ons een klein minpuntje; communicatie voor aankomst en na vertrek. We stuurde een berichtje om te vragen of alles in orde was na ons vertrek, maar kregen geen reactie meer.
Mooie en comfortabele plaats
We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad ondanks de hoge buiten temperatuur was het heerlijk koel in de woning dit is te danken aan de dikke muren Het enige min punt was geluid overlast in de tuin van een honden kennel ,in de buurt in de woning met gesloten deuren was het na genoeg stil. Ook het betreden van de woning zou ik liever rond 15:00 zien ipv 17:00
Knus huisje, gelegen in een prachtige streek. De tuin is heel gezellig ingericht. Het huisje mist beneden wat daglicht, maar de zithoek op de verdieping is wel lichtrijk en aangenaam. Houd rekening met de wenteltrap (niet zo evident voor kleine kinderen of personen die slecht te been zijn) en weet dat het huisje best gehorig is. Verder was het helemaal naar wens en verliepen de contacten met de eigenaars vlot. De wandeling in Achouffe is echt een aanrader, maar breng je wandelschoenen mee.
Schoon en net huisje. Alles is aanwezig. Minpunt is de slechte isolatie van het dak waardoor het erg gehorig is. Mooie tuin en keuken is volledig uitgerust.
Gelegen in een mooie omgeving
We hadden een heel gezellige tijd in dit vakantiehuis! Alles was in orde en zeer proper. Het was er bovendien gezellig warm. Je kan heel mooie wandelingen maken in de omgeving.
Gezellig huisje, alles goed voorzien & proper. De matras op de slaapkamer gelijkvloers is wel aan vervanging toe.. We waren er met 2 volwassenen & 3 kinderen; er was ‘‘s morgens alleen voldoende warm water voor 2 personen om te douchen. Wat ik wel jammer vond.
Prijs/kwaliteit prima . Alleen viel de matras van de slaapkamer beneden tegen .
Prima accomodaties , toffe locatie precies naar onze wensen . Klein minpuntje was dat de tuin niet 100% afgesloten was voor de hond . Houffalize en omgeving zeker een aanrader. Top weekend gehad met het gezin!!!
Met zorg en aandacht in gericht, alles was meer dan aanwezig zowel binnen en buiten en in zijn geheel heel sfeervol.
Mooie, schone en nette woning die voorzien is van alle gemakken. In een prachtige omgeving met eindeloos veel wandel mogelijkheden in de buurt.
