Three comfortable lounge areas, two with cassette-style hearths and one with a wood-burning stove, are ideal places for a well-earned rest after a day spent outdoors. A games room, with table tennis and table football, is there for evenings of fun for young and old alike. Enjoy a panoramic view of nature at every meal thanks to the huge floor-to-ceiling window in thelarge dining room. Ideaal vakantiehuis voor grote groepen, vlak bij wandelpaden en centrum.
Prachtige goed onderhouden vakantiewoning. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Een opmerking is dat op de website staat dat je 2 persoonsbeddengoed kan meenemen voor maat 160, terwijl de bedden 180 zijn.

Genoten van een prettig weekend met de ganse familie. Vlak bij het centrum van Houffalize, maar toch zeer rustig gelegen, is deze villa een absolute aanrader. Alles tip top in orde en zeer functioneel. Ook de praktische afspraken met de gastheer waren "to the point" en maakte dat alles vlot is verlopen. Voor herhaling vatbaar!
We hadden een super leuk weekend met de familie! Alles was zoals beschreven.
Venus de Belgique et du grand duché de Luxembourg ,nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille.Nous étions quatre générations de 2ans à 87 ans.Tout était parfait. Apres la découverte d’Houffalize,nous avons profité des jolis bois des Ardennes.A la demande générale nous sommes partant pour revenir une autre fois.En été,ce serait encore plus agréable pour profiter des magnifiques terrasses et de la vue imprenable .

Zeer nette en moderne vakantiewoning. Is nog zeer nieuw en voorzien van alle gemakken, goed meubilair. Uitermate geschikt voor grote groepen. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, volop servies en kookgerei. Pluspunt: Er zijn naast 1 persoons dekbedden ook 8 2 persoons dekbedden. Klein nadeel is dat er nergens traphekjes zijn.
Zeer leuke vakantie gehad. Prachtig huis en uitzicht alle comfort. Zeker een aanrader. Ook de eigenaars hele vriendelijke, toffe mensen!!!!????????? wij gaan zeker nog eens terug komen!!!?????????
Heel mooi en goed uitgerust huis met voldoende privacy voor iedereen. Perfect voor een familieweekend. Heel rustig gelegen. Ondanks het slechte weer, heel mooie wandelingen gemaakt in de omgeving. Een aanrader. Ik kom hier graag terug.

Zeer goed verblijf gehad Alles netjes, mooie slaapkamers en badkamers Goede vluchtwegen daardoor wel zeer gehorig Leuke speelattributen, Ping Pong tafel en darts en voetbalspel. Dorp zelf niet veel aan, was ook veel regen.
We waren met een vriendengroep van 19p , we hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad ! Top bedden , aan keukengerief geen gebrek , voldoende plaats voor iedereen .iedere kamer heeft een eigen badkamer . We kwamen niets te kort , misschien nog enkele dagen ?. Zeker een aanrader!
Wij hebben met een grote familiegroep genoten van het weekend in deze woning. Alles was pico bello in orde!
Prachtig gelegen vakantiehuis. We verbleven met een grote groep vrienden met kinderen en kleinkinderen... Alles was goed in orde. Veel open ruimte, aangepast aan grote groepen. Door de grote open trap naar boven toe wel wat lawaaihinder 's avonds voor wie al wat vroeger naar bed ging.

Wir waren ein langes Wochenende in der Luxusvilla, um mit der Familie (18 Personen) unser traditionelles Familientreffen abzuhalten. Es hat allen super gefallen. Jedes Zimmer mit gemütlichen Betten und eigenem Bad. Der Gemeinschaftsraum mit zwei Kaminen ist herausragend. Die Terrasse mit dem Grill ist toll. Super ausgestattete Küche. Spielzimmer und Sauna runden alles ab. Wir haben wieder gebucht.
Gîte bien situé. Gîte très spacieux et très confortable. Un plus pour le bar et le kicker au rez-de-chaussée. Vaste terrasse avec barbecue. Peu d'espace de jardin emménagé. Manque un terrain de pétanque
Woning ligt naast een asfaltweg maar je hebt alle rust van de wereld. Omringd door bomen, uitzicht op de heuvels! Super schoon, nieuw en mooie indeling. Grote ramen voor ultieme lichtinval. Grote terras boven en beneden maakt het fijn. Al met al echt een woning waard om met een groep naartoe te gaan. Wij gaat het zeker weer doen!
Schitterend, modern ingericht huis met veel comfort. Alles is gloednieuw, en volledig uitgerust voor grote groepen (wij waren met 8 jonge gezinnen). M.n. de grote en moderne keuken en eigen badkamer bij elke slaapkamers zijn een grote plus. Locatie op loopafstand van Houffalize is fijn. Het enige dat ontbrak is een tuin/grasveld waar de kinderen kunnen spelen (er is een groot terras, maar minder geschikt met jonge kinderen).
Zeer mooi ingericht huis op een prachtige ligging. Alles was top! Als nu ook nog de tuin aangepakt wordt en het 100% perfect.
Perfect verblijf gehad, wat een enorm mooi huis. De ligging is ideaal voor sportieve mensen en wandelaars. Veel te doen in de omgeving, maar als het slecht weer is is dit huis ook van alles voorzien. Ideaal is ook dat de bar beneden is en dat je dan lekker nog een biertje beneden kan doen, terwijl kinderen of anderen lekker boven al liggen te slapen. Dit huis is echt van alles voorzien voor een topverblijf :)
Een topklasse weekendhuis met prachtig vergezichten over de vallei. Het enige waar je rekening moet mee houden, is dat er geen tuin is om Kubb te spelen of een bal te trappen. Er is wel een gigantisch en beveiligd terras.
Zeker een aanrader. Heel ruim living/salons en de koppeling tussen Slpkmr en badkamers was perfect.. In surplus pingpong/darts/voetbaltafel/sauna.
Ondanks dat nog niet alles klaar is om en rond het huis hebben we ervan genoten. Alles is erg mooi en goed afgewerkt met hoogwaardige producten. Echt een aanrader

Prachtige, ruime woning met mooie kamers en badkamers en een keuken waar alles, wat een keuken nodig heeft, aanwezig was. Winkels, restaurants en café's op loopafstand (500m). Goede uitvalsbasis voor het maken van korte en lange wandelingen. Wij waren zo blij met deze woning dat we ze voor volgend jaar reeds opnieuw geboekt hebben.
Prachtige huis op een schitterende locatie. Wel graag betere info ivm beddengoed.
