This large-capacity holiday cottage in Houffalize benefits from luxury decoration and a convivial atmosphere. Intended for families, it may be rented for a weekend and up to two weeks. It is a detached house located in a peaceful dead-end street, and it benefits from a panoramic view over the countryside and the woods. This 350m² house is spread over 2 floors. The ground floor hosts a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a relaxation area with sauna, infrared cabin, hammam, deckchairs and 2 showers. You will find everything necessary to spend most relaxing holidays. You will also benefit from a warm living area with TV and wood stove. You will be able to prepare your meals in the well-equipped kitchen and share them in the dining room or on the covered terrace. On the first floor, you will find 3 extra bedrooms with private bathroom. The house has thus 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for optimal comfort. The 18m² covered terrace is equipped with a convivial bar and large table while the 100m² outdoor terrace with Nordic bath is perfect for sunny days. Enjoy a delicious barbecue while playing petanque or have a swim in the warmed swimming pool.
The region hosts many cycling routes. If you wish to spend a great day out, why not rent an electric mountain bike at EMTB and benefit from a qualified guide? He will share technical tips with you if necessary. You may also try an electric scooter along the river with Ard’Enjoy.

This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Pets not allowed
We hebben er verblijven met 4 gezinnen met kinderen tussen de 1jaar en 17jaar. Het was een heel leuk weekend, Je moest niet echt het huis verlaten alles was er voor een leuke dag te maken. Zwembad, jacuzzi, sauna,....
Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was niet goed. Negatief: Sauna werd niet warm, te weinig hout voor hottub, living en BBQ, Bouwafval rondom het huis aanwezig, koud bij aankomst, zwembad niet gekuisd, te veel camera bewaking. Positief: Heel goede bedden, proper huis, prachtige keuken, fijne bar. Conclusie: Te duur voor de service/onderhoud, maar wel een mooi huis.
Mooi maar gedateerd huis in een rustige omgeving. Eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en helpt waar hij kan. Wellness (jacuzzi) is gdateerd en moet vervangen worden. Daartegenover staat er een heerlijke hottub.
Met een groep van 12 vrienden hebben wij een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze villa. Bij aankomst kregen wij een warm ontvangst van de eigenaar en heeft ons een rondleiding gegeven. Hij deed erg zijn best voor ons en gaf leuke tips. In de omgeving is veel te beleven, veel leuke activiteiten op een niet al te lange afstand. Verder hebben wij ons ook in de villa goed vermaakt. Het is een fijn verblijf voor jong en oud. Wij zouden dit verblijf absoluut aanraden en wie weet komen we nog eens terug!
Accommodatie ligt prachtig in de Ardennen. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep soepel. Een enkel probleempje was zo opgelost. Hele behulpzame man. Huis had wat schoner kunnen zijn bij aankomst en tuin was toe aan een opruim en knipbeurt. Verder genoten van onze vakantie! Zwembad en wellness is geweldig!

Op zich is het best een mooi huis, maar is qua stijl verouderd. Daarnaast verwacht je dat de op de site aangeboden faciliteiten allemaal werken.

Prima verblijf gehad met 13 personen. Alle faciliteiten in de villa zijn aanwezig. Het welness gedeelte zijn de grote pluspunten van de accommodatie en werken na enige instructie goed. De accommodatie ligt in een rustige omgeving met zeer mooie natuur en wandelpaden. De meeste faciliteiten in de buurt zijn enkel te bereiken met de auto.
