The entrance to the accommodation is through the parking on the ground floor, in the lobby you will find a cloakroom and toilet.
The rest is on the first floor, above the garage of the owners who live in the house next door.
When you climb the stairs, you arrive at the landing, which gives access to the first bedroom, and is in front of the living room, kitchen and dining room.
The room is not big but it has been arranged in a functional way and with a lot of taste.
The visit continues with the bathroom and the last room. In all, there are two bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed, and one bathroom with shower and sink.
The door that leads outside, also on the first floor, brings you to the outdoor area, which features a garden and a terrace.

Cody huisje
Netjes Miste stoel op de voorste kamer vr kleding op te hangen. Op achter kameel waa geen schemerlamp. De trap vind ik onveilig.
Das Ferienhaus war super und ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Das einzige was wir übersehen hatten war, dass die beiden Betten nur 140 cm breit sind, ist uns eigentlich zu schmal.
Het is een leuke en kleine bovenwoning met daarbij een tuin. Vanwege het schuine dak is het minder geschikt voor grotere personen en is de ruimte wat beperkt. De woning is netjes en schoon maar de badkamer en douche zijn te klein. Eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
We hebben een goed verblijf gehad, de eigenaar schoot zelfs te hulp toen we iets waren vergeten. Het contact vooraf liep prettig. Kortom een fijn verblijf in een leuk huisje.
Klein en knus maar gezellig
Mooie gite, goed gelegen om wandelingen te doen. De woning is klein maar geriefelijk. Enkel de badkamer is erg minimaal qua grootte. De woning is zeer netjes.
Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable malgré la météo très variable. La maison est très bien située et la région permet plusieurs activitées (hike, balade, musé). Mention pour la cuisine très bien fournie en ustensiles. Je recommande cet endroit pour un court séjour en famille ou entre amis.
Gîte, agréable, simple et efficace. On reviendra pour un prochain Liège Bastogne Liège challenge.
Hele fijne plek, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huisje. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en was goed bereikbaar via sms. Er is veel te doen in de ruime regio.
Het was goed voor een weekendje weg maar zeker niet langer... In 1 van de slaapkamers heb je erg veel last van de boiler en tikkende verwarming. Ook was er schimmel in de badkamer en op de muur van 1 van de slaapkamers ... De badkamer is niet zo praktisch, toch zeker niet als je veel groter bent dan 1m70. Ook is de trap niet echt geschikt voor mensen dat wat slechter tebeen zijn. Voor de rest wel nog een redelijk gezellig huisje
Tout était au top, de l'accueil jusqu'à l'emplacement du logement. En passant par le confort. Le propriétaire nous a donner pas mal d'indication sur quoi faire et où, et nous a recommandé quelques restaurants. Dans le logement il y avait vraiment tout ce dont nous avions besoin, on ne manquait de rien.

En ordre et au calme, tout à fait ce dont nous avions besoin pour un petit weekend en famille.
Wir haben uns bei Pierre sehr wohl gefühlt. Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte eine schöne Ausgangslage für Ausflüge und Wanderungen!
Super semaine, gîte impeccable, très agréable et securisé si jeune enfant, au calme mais pas trop loin de commerces si besoin

eerder klein door de schuine wanden, gezellige afgesloten tuin! minder geschikt in de winter omdat de leefruimte eerder klein is en er geen zicht is naar buiten( veluxen)
Tout était très bien. Accueil du propriétaire au top. Quelques accessoires de cuisine supplémentaires et une porte à la place du rideau de douche auraient permis d'atteindre la note max. ?
Tof en gezellig huisje. Alles is boven, dus rekening houden met trap (kleine kindjes), maar de eigenaar had een rekje voorzien dus we waren gerust gesteld. In de keuken alles aanwezig, leuk tuintje om BBQ's te doen. Toffe wandelingen heel dichtbij.
Klein maar zeer gezellig huisje. Wij hebben slecht weer gehad maar bij mooi weer lijkt het mij heel gezellig in het kleine tuintje. De omgeving is fantastisch! Mooie wandelingen vlakbij. Spa is een leuk stadje geworden. Enkel het zonnetje hebben we gemist ??
Contact met eigenaar via app verliep probleemloos. We kwamen wat later aan ivm files onderweg, dit was geen probleem. Hartelijk ontvangst. Heerlijk, rustige plek. Groot genoeg voor 4 personen. Aanrader!
Nette en gezellige gite. Ruime slpk met veel berging. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Zonnig privé tuintje met 2 terrassen en bbq. Zeer gastvrije en behulpzame eigenaar, die vlak ernaast woont en per SMS vlot bereikbaar was. Leuke wandelingen in de buurt: lac de gileppe, vallee de la Hoegne, vallee de la Sawe. Mijn enige opmerking zou zijn: minder geschikt voor zeer grote mensen vanwege de schuine kanten in het huisje. Met onze 1m72 en 1m76 hadden we er gaan last van ?
