Located near Spa, in an area that is conducive to beautiful walks, this small holiday home is ideal for two couples or one couple with two children. It is the perfect place for your stay in the Ardennes.
Set in a small village near Jalhay, this charming holiday rental for four people will make you happy to stay in the Ardennes, whether it is for a short time or for a longer period.
The entrance to the accommodation is through the parking on the ground floor, in the lobby you will find a cloakroom and toilet.
The rest is on the first floor, above the garage of the owners who live in the house next door.
When you climb the stairs, you arrive at the landing, which gives access to the first bedroom, and is in front of the living room, kitchen and dining room.
The room is not big but it has been arranged in a functional way and with a lot of taste.
The visit continues with the bathroom and the last room. In all, there are two bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed, and one bathroom with shower and sink.
The door that leads outside, also on the first floor, brings you to the outdoor area, which features a garden and a terrace.
The owner did all the decoration, both inside and outside the holiday cottage. The result is pleasant and warm, which will make you feel right at home.
Located just a hundred metres from Jalhay, and also not far from the Gileppe Lake, this region is full of activities of all kinds.
Verviers is not far, there you will find all the necessary shops and also some fun activities, such as a Laser Game.
The High Fens are not very far either, and we recommend going for a walk there to discover this beautiful landscape. In addition, when there is snow, the place is ideal for cross-country skiing.
Your holiday home is also just 15 kilometres away from the beautiful town of Spa, known for its thermal baths, its casino and many good places to eat. And the Lake Warfaaz is also a place not to be missed.

Un très beau logement, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. La literie est confortable, L'équipement dans l'appartement est complet. Tout est réunis pour passer un agréable séjour dans cette merveilleuse région.

zeer uitgesproken warm & vriendelijke eigenaars! Kleinere gîte maar eigenlijk best toepasselijke voor twee personen, evt vier (maar indd wat storend geluid van de verwarmingsketel onder een v d slaapkamers, alhoewel dit zou verlopen na het plaatsen van een warmtepomp dit jaar (2023). Zeer goed ligging! Owv de draaitrap misschien iets minder aangewezen voor kleinere kinderen.
Op zich een leuke en mooie stek en dichtbij bezienswaardigheden. Zou fijn zijn als de afmetingen van de bedden bij de informatie staan. Zou de accommodatie niet voor lange mensen aanraden.
Heel goed huis voor 2 personen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen. Rustige ligging.
Zeer mooi huisje en ideale uitvalsbasis om de hoge Venen te ontdekken. Enkel de mazoutketel is wel luid en storende factor als je wenst te slapen.

joli appartement cosy très bien entretenu dans joli village, les espaces de vie se trouvent à l'étage avec accès par un escalier colimaçon sans vue sur l'ext., pour des personnes grandes ou agées , les pièces sont mansardées et du coup pas très pratiques ( notamment salle de bains assez petite et avec rangement sous pente et cuisine, cela oblige à se pencher parfois). Néanmoins tout le confort, logement agréable, literie très correcte, beaucoup de rangement dans les chambres, très bon accueil
La chambre près de l’escalier est très calme, mais la chambre opposée, vous êtes réveiller à 7h par la mise en route du chauffage.

Belle maison de vacances, endroit très calme. La décoration ainsi que la propreté du lieu sont irréprochable. Il manque juste un étendoir pour faire sécher ses essuies de toilette et se serait parfait. Je recommande à 100%
Wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub in dieser Wohnung und haben vor allem die private Terasse und die naturnahe Lage geschätzt. Für Rennradausflüge (z.B. zur Vennbahn) ideal gelegen. Einzig die Dachschrägen sind für große Menschen (>180cm) etwas schwierig, da man in der Küche und Bad häufig gebückt steht.

Warm en onderhouden huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien. Rust, ruimte en natuur. Echt een aanrader!
Leuk huisje voor twee van alles voorzien, proper, goed ontvangst , in een prachtige omgeving! Als je van wandelen houdt zit je hier op de juiste plek om de hoge venen te ontdekken en vlakbij de barrage de la Gilippe omringd door een groot natuurgebied. Wij waren met 2 en onze hond en hadden een super leuke vakantie, wie weet komen we nog eens terug!?

Heel aangenaam en gezellig verblijf, perfect gelegen. Een aanrader!
vriendelijke ontvangst. Woning ligt rustig, wandelen kan meteen als je de deur uitkomt. Misschien is 1 braadpan een beetje weinig, voor de rest was alles in de keuken aanwezig!

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans ce gîte très bien aménagé, très propre et situé dans une rue vraiment calme. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et disponibles. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
Heel prettige plek voor twee/vier personen+hond
Chouette accueil par les propriétaires, gîte très sympathique et pratique (mais il faut aimer vivre sous les toits), petit jardin parfaitement aménagé et très agréable à vivre. Je recommande pour un couple ou de jeunes parents.
Super séjour :logement impeccable, bien situé, tout est à disposition, petit rosé frais à notre arrivée... De plus la région est magnifique.
