It is housed in a renovated barn next to the owners' residence and forms a perfect base to explore the region. Everything is conveniently located on the ground floor. Cyclists and walkers find exactly what they are looking for here, with nature literally around the corner.

The 60 m² house is entirely on the ground floor. You will find an open living area with seating area (TV and hi-fi), a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Convenient for those arriving by bike: there is a bike repair and cleaning kit, and those driving electric can charge on site. You bring your own bed linen and towels.

Terrace and garden

In front of the door is a small terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for a quiet breakfast or a snack in the evening. The forest begins five hundred meters away, and the village of Jalhay with its shops and restaurants is one kilometer away. There is a private parking with a charging point for electric cars.

What to do around Jalhay?

Jalhay is located on the threshold of the High Fens, the largest nature reserve in Belgium, crisscrossed with walking routes over wooden boardwalks. Five kilometers away towers the Gileppe dam, with its lookout tower and the imposing stone lion. And the fashionable Spa, known for its thermal baths and the circuit, is also nearby.

There is plenty to experience around the holiday home. For example, you can visit the High Fens Walk, a beautiful route that takes you through the unique raised bog area. This walk offers breathtaking views and a special nature experience.
