Family holiday with adolescents Week August 2024

Dit huis was echt een enorme teleurstelling. Er was zo verschrikkelijk veel kapot (te veel om op te noemen) dat het op sommige punten gevaarlijk werd. De schoonmaak is ook niet op en top (stront in het toilet bij aankomst). De verhuurder stond niet open voor aanpassingen waardoor het iets beter zou worden. Bellen kan je overigens niet in het huis. 112 bellen in geval van nood is dus niet mogelijk. Slechts 1 slaapkamer is onlangs gerenoveerd de rest is oud en kapot. NIET BOEKEN DUS!!!!!

Uw opmerking is doorgegeven aan de eigenaar omdat uw veiligheid en comfort onze prioriteit is. De eigenaar is zich terdege bewust van de verbeteringen die moeten worden aangebracht, hier is de reactie van de eigenaar: Wat betreft de schoonmaak, we hebben onlangs onze organisatie herzien en versterkt om de kwaliteit van de schoonmaak te verbeteren, en we verontschuldigen ons voor het ongemak dat u ondervond bij aankomst. We hebben goede nota genomen van uw opmerkingen en zullen stappen ondernemen om ervoor te zorgen dat deze problemen zich niet meer voordoen. Er zijn acties gepland om de benodigde apparatuur te renoveren en te repareren om onze gasten een aangenaam verblijf te kunnen bieden.

Dit zou een pareltje kunnen zijn want deze chalet heeft enorm veel potentieel. Zo spijtig dat door achterstallig onderhoud zowel binnen als buiten dit pareltje niet tot zijn recht komt. Ook veel keukenmateriaal is versleten of afwezig. Toch hebben we een goede vakantie gehad want de kleinkinderen hebben zich reuze geamuseerd in de grote tuin, in het beekje en in het zwembad. Ook de ligging van de chalet is optimaal. Van hieruit ben je direct in het bos en kan je mooie wandelingen maken.
