Fancy a family holiday? Why not go with the whole extended family, from grandparents to siblings, and even the in-laws! This huge village house in Libramont-Chevigny, in the province of Luxemburg, has room for no less than 42 guests. This 3.5-star rental consists of two separate houses, which are located opposite each other, but are accessible via a private inner courtyard. It’s perfect if you’re looking for privacy but also conviviality in a holiday home that will simultaneously accommodate family and friends. The complex has a total of 15 bedrooms, 4 shared bathrooms, and 5 private bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. Note that some of the beds are sofa beds and bunk beds. So there are enough beds and sanitary facilities for everyone. Even the littlest ones will be able to join the group! There are no less than three small beds, three small chairs, a small bathtub, and baby cushions. In the living room you’ll find a cable TV, a DVD player, a hi-fi system, and an open hearth. Next to it are two smaller living rooms with comfortable couches. You can also eat together in a large dining room. This room is located away from the bedrooms and enables you to spend a convivial evening together. The two kitchens in this holiday home have been equipped to suit all tastes. There are a total of eight hobs, two ovens, and two washing machines. A kettle, coffee machine, and soup blender are, of course, also provided in the holiday home. In the summer, you can enjoy the inner courtyard, a patio with a BBQ grill, fire basket, a lawn, various outdoor games (swing, slide, and small football goals), and garden furniture. If the weather won’t cooperate, at least you’ll be able to have fun in the games room with table football, a stereo system, and children’s games. There is room for no less than nine cars in the large, private car park.
This small city hosts an annual agricultural fair. There, you’ll find everything from the largest tractor to farm animals, as well as wonderful regional products. There is also a garden with several children’s games. You’ll find the Celtic Museum, which shouldn’t be missed, in a wooded area just a few kilometres from Libramont-Chevigny! For a unique experience, visit the National Gliding Centre in Saint-Hubert. Have a trial flight accompanied by an experienced pilot and enjoy a breathtaking view of the region!

Pets not allowed
Wij hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad. Alleen is er best wel wat achterstallig onderhoud en niet alle bedden zijn goed. Het was niet echt schoon. Er valt dus best wel wat te verbeteren, maar als je niet al te moeilijk bent, kun je het er goed hebben.
Alles was in orde!
Groot huis. Aparte ontspanningsruimtes voor de kinderen. kamers zijn ok. Een extra badkamer zou handig zijn. Grote eetplaats. Een groot salon misten we wel. De slaapkamers liggen aan de overzijde van de binnenplaats. Dit ervaarden we als een voordeel, omdat zo de rust in de slaapkamers gegarandeerd blijft.

Les habitants sont accueillants et sympathiques, la maison est propre et sûre nous dormions avec la porte ouverte. Nous some satisfaits à cent pour cent.

Zeer prettig ontvangen en heerlijk verblijf gehad. Inboedel van keuken is iets gedateerd en aan vervanging toe, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Geweldig weekend in een prima huis!
Mooie locatie. Fijn dat er een aparte woon/leef gedeelte is waardoor er meer rust is bij de slaapruimtes. Sommigen slaapkamers/ badkamers zijn netter dan anderen. In de eetkamer waren er alleen klapstoeltjes, dat was voor mij, als zwangere, wat minder. Aantal dingen konden wel wat onderhoud gebruiken, maar over het algemeen is het een mooie en fijne locatie! Mooie omgeving waar genoeg te doen is. Fijn dat er buiten genoeg plek is om te zitten. Ook de grote bbq en plek voor kampvuur waren leuk!
Nous avons passé un super noël en famille. Les espaces étaient géniaux et la literie au top ! Le bar a fait l’unanimité des grands et les espaces de jeux ont ravis les plus petits. Recomendations ? Borne pour voiture électrique
Verblijf met een groep vrienden met allemaal jonge kinderen. Alles was proper en opgeruimd. Heel fijn dat het huis is opgedeeld in 2 delen in zowel een slaapgedeelte als een leefgedeelte.
Leuke werkweek gehad met een middelbare school. Het huis heeft mooie ruimtes met prima bedden en een grote tuin waar eventueel ook een grote touringbus kan staan. De keuken heeft genoeg apparatuur en ruimte voor een grote groep.
We hebben een goed verblijf gehad. De locatie is perfect voor grotere groepen. De binnenplaats zorgt voor een gezellige sfeer! De gezamenlijke ruimtes waren ideaal, er is ook goed nagedacht over bijvoorbeeld een grote BBQ, genoeg koelkasten etc. De eigenaren reageerden erg snel, ook bij een klein probleem met de boiler zorgden ze snel voor een oplossing. We raden de locatie aan!

Wij hadden een geweldig verblijf met onze groep van 30. De splitsing tussen het leef en slaapgedeelte is een pluspunt. Het is een zeer warm, familiaal en grote accommodatie met alle nodige voorzieningen. Wij werden hartelijk ontvangen en de communicatie nadien verliep heel vlot. Een locatie om opnieuw eens te boeken. Een aanrader.
Het was er heel netjes en proper , de bedden waren ook allemaal in orde en hele ruime kamers. De douches zijn een beetje aan vernieuwing toe. Het was er heel erg gezellig en aan te raden met een grote groep.
Een prachtige accomodatie met een zeer fijne binnenplaats die afsluitbaar is; ideaal voor de kinderen. De keuken is wat verouderd maar voldoet goed. Pooltafel is echt wel aan vervanging toe even als de keus. De badkamers zijn schoon, maar bevatten wel schimmelvorming. Er is een mooi grote plek om een kampvuur te maken en omheen te zitten. De gezamelijke ruimte is ontzettend ruim en het geheel voelt warm en gezellig aan. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad!
Wij hebben erg genoten, vooral omdat we de luxe hadden gecreeerd door eventbureau Whisk alles voor ons te organiseren. Zij hebben er een feest bureau van gemaakt!
In collaboration with Ardennes-étape, the owner has carried out some great renovation work. Paintings, decoration, secure outdoor terrace, cosy corner with renovated billiard table and, icing on the cake, all the beds are new (double boxsprings and charming solid wood bunk beds).
We hadden wel wat twijfels na al de negatieve commentaren en daarom een jaar getwijfeld en vorig jaar een ander verblijf gekozen maar dit jaar toch geprobeerd: Keuken genoeg apparaten voor grote groep: 3 frigo en een grote diepvriezer, in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte ook drank frigo. Heel gezellige bar trouwens. Slaapkamers: bedden zijn vernieuwd en slapen gemakkelijk. Badkamers zijn zeker voldoende! Een aanrader. We waren met 25 volwassenen en 10 kinderen.
