Former farm renovated into a welcoming holiday home. It has retained its authentic character, so you’ll immediately fall in love with its blue shutters, old stone, and wood-burning stove!
This lovely holiday home with blue shutters is the very image of a genuine Ardennes country house. The wooden beams and flooring, and the stone walls add character to this holiday home, which has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. This holiday home offers a modern level of comfort, including a wireless internet connection.
The living space is on the ground floor. After a day of walking or visiting the sites, you’ll enjoy sitting by a cosy wood-burning stove in the living room.
This 3-star rental is located in a little hamlet in the municipality of Lierneux where peace and tranquillity prevail. The little garden and the patio are perfect for relaxing during a weekend or longer stay in the Ardennes.
This holiday home is ideally located for walks and bike rides. You’ll be surrounded by woods, a river, and meadows. If you would like to liven up your stay with some of the activities on offer, here are some suggestions:

Na de vriendelijke ontvangst en rondleiding in dit typisch Ardens huisje, bouwjaar eind de jaren 1700, voelden we er ons direct thuis. De oorspronkelijke sfeer is er zoveel mogelijk behouden, wat niet wegneemt dat alle moderne voorzieningen perfect zijn. Graag hadden we aan de hand van documentatie in de tijd kunnen reizen om te zien hoe het huis was ingedeeld, waar het gelegen was, en hoe de mensen er toen leefden. Met behulp van de Ferrariskaart 195 hebben we daartoe een poging ondernomen.
Gezellig en karaktervol oud huis in een nog authentiek gehucht. Prima uitgerust en uitstekend gelegen om te wandelen in de nabijgelegen bossen.

Uitermate genoten van een oude sfeervol verbouwde boerderij.
Gezellig vakantiehuis in heel rustige buurt. Prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen. Woonruimte & keuken te klein voor 6 personen. Te weinig kookgerei dat geschikt is voor de kookplaat en microgolfoven. Slaapkamers en badkamers op de bovenverdieping zijn top!
Accueil chalereux, maison avec beaucoup de charme et restant fraîche malgré la chaleur extérieure. De nombreuses randonnées sont possibles et très bien balisées . Emplacement très calme et en même temps, pas très loin des commerces.

Prettig verblijf, vriendelijke ontvangst!
Wij hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf deze vakantiewoning. Goed onthaal. Wandelingen vertrekken in de buurtje van de vakantiewoning. Rustige omgeving. Keukenblok is wel aan de kleine kant, maar al het nodige materiaal is aanwezig. In de badkamer op de benedenverdieping is ergens een probleem met de afvoer (putjesgeur).
Antwoord van de eigenaar: Het geurprobleem is allang opgelost.
Heel aangenaam verblijf gehad in een mooi huis in een zeer mooie streek.

Een authentiek, knus huisje in een rustige omgeving. De slaapkamers en badkamers op de 1ste verdieping waren heel goed en smaakvol ingericht. Jammer dat de badkamer op het gelijkvloers bijna niet te gebruiken was (ernstige geurhinder en slechte douche.) De keuken is vrij klein, zeker voor 6 personen.

Slaapkamers op de bovenste verdieping zijn mooi. Badkamer op het gelijkvloers ruikt niet fris. Keuken en woonruimte zijn te klein voor 6 personen.
