Located at the entrance of a small hamlet, this renovated old farmhouse offers a warm atmosphere and tasteful neat decoration.

The holiday house is close to the Gileppe Lake and the High Fens.

Renovated with great care, this farmhouse preserves its original character, like the stone walls, while offering optimal comfort and a warm atmosphere. The decor is very tasteful.

The ground floor consists of a very well equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a small play room.

On the first floor, there are four bedrooms (two of which are connected) as well as the two bathrooms (one of them is private).

All the rooms are spacious and you will feel comfortable thanks to the warm atmosphere that irradiates from this house.

Outside, a beautiful terrace and a nice garden are at your disposal. It is possible to go hiking right from the back of the garden.

Located at the gate of the High Fens and their magnificent landscapes, the small town of Limbourg is really a place to be discovered. The Gileppe Lake is an ideal place for walks with your family or at a more sporting pace.

Other activities, such as Laser Game Verviers, the Chocolaterie Darcy, Karting Eupen, and the Jacques – Callebaut Chocolate Museum; are a just few kilometres away. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy a game at the Golf du Haras.

Schitterend huisje mooi uitzicht! Fijne ontvangst lieve mensen. De kamers beneden zijn los van elkaar. Dus met meerdere personen kan je ook ff terug trekken/ spelletjes kamer. Activiteiten zijn dicht bij. Wandelingen van uit het huisje echt super.

Weekend weg met 3 vroegere vrienden. Het huis is gelegen aan een straat en ligt niet vrij, maar van beiden heb je eigenlijk helemaal geen last. De straat is heel rustig avonds en nachts en de tuin en het uitzicht naar achteren is wel helemaal vrij en ruim genoeg. Verder is het huis echt heel mooi opgeknapt en ingericht. Eigenlijk ontbreekt het aan niets. communicatie in het Frans liep prima via berichtjes (google translate helpt!) . Het huis is echt goed, maar vooral de prachtige omgeving is top

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen met alle hoogtepunten van de Hoge Venen op korte afstand. Comfortabele woning met leuk terras en mooie tuin met zicht op de prachtige natuur van de omgeving. Heel vriendelijke eigenaars!

Prachtig gerenoveerd huis. Zeer prettige ontvangst door de eigenaren, die ernaast wonen. Goede douche en goede matrassen. Enige nadeel van het huis is dat je op de bovenverdieping door 1 slaapkamer in de andere komt. Maar dat stond in de beschrijving van het huis dus was geen verrassing. 3 mooie wandelroutes starten vlakbij het huis, je bent zo in het bos-prachtige omgeving.

Wij verbleven met vijf volwassenen in het vakantiehuis. Het huis is ruim met een complete keuken en een mooie badkamer. Wandelingen kunnen direct vanuit het huis gestart worden en voor een dagje shoppen zijn Aken en Luik dichtbij. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!
