Renovated with great care, this farmhouse preserves its original character, like the stone walls, while offering optimal comfort and a warm atmosphere. The decor is very tasteful.
The ground floor consists of a very well equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a small play room.
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms (two of which are connected) as well as the two bathrooms (one of them is private).
All the rooms are spacious and you will feel comfortable thanks to the warm atmosphere that irradiates from this house.
Outside, a beautiful terrace and a nice garden are at your disposal. It is possible to go hiking right from the back of the garden.
Located at the gate of the High Fens and their magnificent landscapes, the small town of Limbourg is really a place to be discovered. The Gileppe Lake is an ideal place for walks with your family or at a more sporting pace.
Other activities, such as Laser Game Verviers, the Chocolaterie Darcy, Karting Eupen, and the Jacques – Callebaut Chocolate Museum; are a just few kilometres away. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy a game at the Golf du Haras.

Heel gezellig huisje waar we super vriendelijk werden onthaald. Ondanks dat we een uur later waren door file. Onze wandelingen vertrokken vanuit de tuin, we hadden zelden de auto nodig. Een bakkerij iets verderop was ook zeer handig. We komen graag eens terug.
Suite au Trail des Remparts une maison avec 4 chambres et 2 salle bains très sympa. La vue et le jardin sont magnifiques. La propriétaire hyper conviviale. Une région magnifique à visiter et pour manger les boulettes liégeoises ;o)
Ontzettend ruim en schoon vakantiehuis met grote tuin, zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Het enige minpunt wat ik kan bedenken is dat er geen wasmachine aanwezig is, maar op 3 km afstand is een wasserette met parkeergelegenheid voor de deur waar je wanneer het rustig is meerdere wassen tegelijk kan draaien. Erg veel te doen in de omgeving, wandeling vanuit de tuin te starten, heel fijn verblijf gehad , heel veel buiten gezeten op fijne tuinmeubels
Belle maison, beau cadre, accueil impeccable. Tout est parfait pour un bon séjour.

Schitterend huisje mooi uitzicht! Fijne ontvangst lieve mensen. De kamers beneden zijn los van elkaar. Dus met meerdere personen kan je ook ff terug trekken/ spelletjes kamer. Activiteiten zijn dicht bij. Wandelingen van uit het huisje echt super.
Mooi verblijf en gastvrije eigenaren. Ruime kamers, keuken, tuin, zitgedeelte. Schoon en mooi in een prachtige omgeving.
