Uitstekend, betaalbaar en ruim huis. Ligging aan drukke weg, maar geen last van binnen. Veiligheid trap en bordes naar bovenverdieping (buiten) voelt niet vertrouwd…

Het was er goed verblijven, alleen is het geen huis maar eerder een appartement, het zou wel aangenamer zijn geweest als we ook de tuin konden gebruiken, zodat we ook wat buiten konden zitten, nu zat ik bij gebrek aan iets anders op de ijzeren buitentrap.
Niettegenstaande langs een drukkere weg, ervaar je een totale rust in dit huis. De eigenares is zeer vriendelijk en staat open voor je vragen tijdens je aankomst/verblijf. Een zeer verzorgde woning met hedendaagse elementen.

We vonden het een zeer nette woning, met een goed uitgeruste keuken. De eigenaar heeft ons zeer hartelijk ontvangen. We hebben een prachtige wandel week achter de rug. Een drukke straat maar met een aangenaam terrasje achteraan en restaurant aan de voorzijde!

Alles wat nodig is is aanwezig in deze ruime woning, voor ons was het de ideale uitvalbasis om te gaan wandelen en nadien te genieten van een lekkere hap en een drankje. We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenares. Ondanks de ligging naast een drukke weg was het genieten in alle rust! De woning is ruim, ideaal voor een gezin met twee kinderen.

Uitstekende vakantiewoning - Slaapkamers die door elkaar lopen kan hinderlijk zijn -
zeer aangenaam huisje, jammer van de soms drukke garage voor vrachtwagens als buren. In de kamers is geen verwarming waardoor het vrij koud kan zijn. Maar dit zijn de enige minpuntjes die ik kan bedenken!

Proper appartement, geen terras, geen mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten. Eenvoudig maar alles is aanwezig. geen wifi of interne, ligt naast grote baan maar hier hebben we geen last van gehad.
We hadden een superfijn verblijf met twee kinderen. Onze oudste genoot van het speelgoed dat aanwezig was, wij van het ruime appartement, de goede bedden en de nette keuken en badkamer. We speelden ook heel fijn in de sneeuw in de tuin.

Proper, ruim, flexibele gastvrouw die onder de te verhuren woning woont. Goeie prijs kwaliteit. Zeer tevreden.

Aangename dame die ons hartelijk ontvangen heeft. Het appartement is groot en netjes. Ondanks de drukkere straat een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Super endroit,dans la région de Malmédy idéalement situé Vaste living,avec un coin réservé pour les enfants avec quelques jouets (peluches ,poupées et petites voitures)
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille à Malmedy. Le gîte est confortable et spacieux. Il est bien situé géographiquement, on est à proximité de chouettes lieux touristiques et de belles randos.
Ruim, schoon en uitgebreide inventaris. We konden pas om 18 uur terecht i.p.v. om 17.30 uur.
