This comfortable villa is located in a holiday village that offers many amenities.

The holiday home consists of a comfortable living space including a sitting area, a dining area, and a kitchen. From the living area, you can go out and relax on your terrace.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

You also have access to a private terrace area equipped with the necessary outdoor furniture.

The villa is at the entrance of the holiday village.

The domain offers many amenities. You can enjoy free all-year-round access to the indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and steam room; as well as to the seasonal outdoor pool. There is also a mini golf course, a tennis court and a playground at your disposal.

For an additional fee, you can play squash, table football, table tennis, volleyball, badminton, football, rent mountain bikes or electric bikes, and enjoy more comfort in your cottage, if you wish ( sunshade, DVD player, baby cot, etc.).

Another great advantage is that there is a restaurant on site, which is closed on Mondays and from November to the end of March is also closed on Tuesdays.

The holiday village is located a few kilometres away from Malmedy, but it is easily accessible by the RAVeL, which passes right next to the village. So you can enjoy a beautiful bike ride on the RAVeL that connects you Trois-Ponts to Saint-Vith via Stavelot, Malmedy and Waimes.

The area is also ideal for many tourist attractions or sport activities, such as: Paintball, the Malmundarium, MovieMills, the Castle of Reinhardstein, and Bowling 362 - Magic Planet Malmedy.

Since your accommodation is located in a holiday village, only your villa and your terrace are private.

The beds are made upon arrival, except for the sofa bed.

You will have one bath towel per person on site. Additional towels are available for an additional fee, if you wish.

De locatie van het huis was perfect, de natuur was prachtig, in- en uitchecken was heel gemakkelijk en vlot.Het huis was schoon, hoewel de onderhoudspersoneel een klein foutje hebben gemaakt, maar we hebben geen klachten erover. Het enige probleem dat ons erg stoorde waren twee kleine zetels , ze waren helemaal niet geschikt voor gebruik, en de grote zetel in de rechterhoek had een onaangename geur. We zullen er zeker teruggaan en wij hopen in de toekomst betere meubels te zien .

Mooi vakantiehuis voor families, allen de zitmeubelen zijn aan vervanging toe! Leuke speelkelder voor de kinderen met tafeltennis helaas ontbraken de batjes en balletje maar na winkelen zonder Succes gelukkig bij de receptie te lenen!
