This great holiday cottage for 20 persons lies nearby the little town of Malmedy in the province of Liège. Much wood was used to fit the building out and the result is a warm and cozy atmosphere inside. This groupaccommodation in Malmedy is the perfect spot for family or friends gatherings. The wellness area with its sauna and bubble bath will provide full relaxation after an exhausting walk in the Ardennes forests. The large sitting room with a wood stove and a bar will be perfect for a little chat in the evening. There is also extra equipment like a flat screen television and a wireless internet connection. From the dining room and its wooden benches you will be delighted by the panoramic view on the surroundings while the very well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals. After dinner why not try a game of shovel board? There are 7 bedrooms, 2 of which are suitable as family or children bedroom (one for 4 persons and the other for 6). Each bedroom has a private bathroom. On the beautiful covered terrace you may pause in a quiet wonder in front of the marvellous view over the green surroundings. Next to the big private garden you will find a second one shared with another holiday house. The children will love to play outside (badminton, football, table tennis, mini golf, chess, etc.). They will never be bored. Why not gather around a nice camp fire at the end of the day?

This cottage lies nearby Malmedy, a sparkling town where many events take place and many activities are to be experienced. In the High Fens nature park you can go for a cross-country hike or bike ride.
The garden is a real paradise for children, with miniature golf, a tree house, sports fields, an acrobranch course and a large slide, all in full view of the parents. The owner also offers accompanied pony rides, in addition to the many walks that are available from the house itself.

Chouette logement pour sejour avec enfants.
Maison de vacances très bien équipée. Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'une salle de bain et d'une toilette. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Grand jardin, belle terrasse couverte sur un panorama magnifique.
Dieses Haus ist im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar. Wir fahren schon seit Jahren in die Ardennen, aber solch ein sauberes Haus hatten wir noch nie. Die Vermieter waren super nett und immer zu erreichen. Auch die zu mietende Kegelbahn ist wohl einzigartig. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern und Enkeln dort und alle fanden, dass dies wohl das beste Haus , der letzten Jahre, gewesen sei. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Het ruime vakantiehuis heet niet voor niets "Panorama". Het is bijzonder mooi gelegen met veel faciliteiten ook voor kleinere kinderen, binnen en buiten. De omgeving met de tuin, die goed verzorgd is, mag gezien worden. Het onthaal was prima en alles was heel netjes en goed onderhouden. Ook het keukengerief was zeer proper. Kortom wij kunnen het iedereen aanbevelen. Wij waren er met kinderen en kleinkinderen en iedereen was erg tevreden.
Mooi ruim huis. zeer schoon. genoeg ruimte voor 18 personen. Schitterende ligging. Tuin was geweldig .

Waanzinnige ligging, behulpzame eigenaar heeft het goed onderhouden! Het huis is geweldig ruim, in de woonkamer zit je met gemak met 20 personen. Eetgedeelte idem. Keuken mss wat onlogisch met 1 spoelbak voor zo'n grote groep; de vaatwasser is top! De tuin, sportveld, vuurplaats en wellness zijn fantastisch, net als het uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Extra bezem erbij zou sneller schoonmaken :-) De bedden lagen heerlijk. Alles super schoon. Wij komen hier zeker weer!
Alles was prima in orde! Voor ons alleen jammer dat de tv niet werkte tijdens ons weekend. De eigenaar heeft geprobeerd hem aan de praat te krijgen , wat niet lukte en de opgebelde technieker kon via de telefonische aanwijzingen ook niet helpen en zou ná het weekend persoonlijk langskomen.

Mooi ruim vakantiehuis. Goed ingericht met voornamelijk IKEA spullen. Zeer geschikt voor families met ouderen, kinderen en kleinkinderen. Matrassen 1-persoons bedden prima, matrassen 2-persoons bedden veel te hard. Mooie grote tuin. Wat achterstallig onderhoud in de tuin, met name de midgetgolfbaan was niet in goede staat. Mooie omgeving. De eigenaar komt wat "bijzonder" over wat de vakantievreugde niet bepaald ten goede komt.
Top! We hadden alle luxe die de nodig hadden.
Très bon accueil. Excellente maison pour un séjour familial avec des enfants en âge d'école primaire. Les +, la possibilité de réserver un jeu de boules, l'espace détente, la grande terrasse donnant sur la vallée, le jardin aménagé avec des jeux "d'aventure" pour les enfants.
Prima voor grote gezinnen
Een aanrader voor gezinnen met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Enorme tuin met veel speelmogelijkheden. Omgeving is ook prachtig om te wandelen. Kamp Waes opnames waren ooit hier.
We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in deze vakantiewoning. Alle bestek, servies etc allemaal ruim voldoende aanwezig. Bedden goed en netjes, badkamers heel netjes. Fijn huis met groot afdak dus met een bui zit je lekker droog. Onder het afdak is ook een bbq gemaakt. Vlakbij het huis starten verschillende mooie wandelroutes.

Een uitstekend vakantiehuis met een prachtige ligging!
Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf met de hele familie. Het huis biedt enorm veel ruimte, en is zeer netjes en verzorgd. Ruime slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer en toilet waren ook zeer comfortabel. Zeer kindvriendelijk met vanalles en nog wat voor de kinderen in de grote tuin, dus de kinderen hebben zich zeer goed geamuseerd! Een aanrader!
Wij hebben er een heel fijn verblijfje opzitten! Het huisje kent een zeer goede ligging (vanuit het huisje kan je wandelen), een enorm fijne en grote tuin met allerlei leuke dingen om te doen. Alsook het huisje zelf is uitstekend. Ruime slaapkamers met privébadkamers en privé-wc's. Grote living en grote eetruimte. Goed dat er in de berging nog een tweede ijskast staat! De keuken is een beetje smal, maar dat vonden we zeker geen probleem. Wij komen graag terug :)
Top verblijf voor een groep met kinderen. Ontvangst met duidelijke uitleg. Woning is super proper en goed onderhouden. Elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer. Grote tuin met 'hoogteparcours', boomhutten, minigolf. De kinderen hebben heel het weekend buiten gespeeld en waren hier grote fan van!
