This recently renovated chalet, in a perfect location on the High Fens Plateau and near the ski slopes, has something for everyone. With its modern and convivial ambience, you’ll also enjoy an outstanding wellness space with a sauna and an outdoor hot tub. This is a house where families will certainly spend quality time together!
This pleasant chalet has six bedrooms (for one, two, three, or five guests) and three bathrooms. The bedrooms are colourful and well furnished.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for preparing wonderful meals for 14 guests: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, mixer, kettle, and toaster. Enjoy a delicious meal together in the dining room, which seats 14 guests around the large table. The youngest members of the family have not been forgotten, as two high chairs are provided.
In the garden, which is private and partially enclosed, you can enjoy the slide, the sauna, the outdoor hot tub, which is also private, and the BBQ grill.
After a long walk, relax around the cassette-style hearth in the living room. A TV with a DVD player and a radio-CD player are also provided.
Devalkart, where you can go down a 650-metre ski slope in a go-kart, is about 15 km from the holiday home. A chairlift will return you to the top. Suitable for children and adults.
Is your group looking for some action? Sniper Zone Paintball is about twenty minutes away in Malmedy. It’s on a 10,000 m² property where you can let off steam with family, friends, or colleagues. This activity could be arranged in conjunction with a conference, for example, to strengthen ties and team spirit. Recommended for those who love action and nature!

Met vriendengroep van 11 personen dit huis geboekt. Alles was echt perfect! Zou dit zeker nog eens boeken. Aanrader!!!
Heel fijn, proper huis. Min puntje was de gehorigheid tussen de boven en beneden verdieping. Maar er waren natuurlijk ook kleine kindere´ bij. Maar voor de rest alles prima.
Prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving. De woning is goed ingericht en ruim voorzien van inventaris. Een grote braadpan toevoegen aan de keuken zou niet overbodig zijn. De sauna en jacuzzi zijn top. Jammer dat af en toe de zekering er uit klapt. Dit is wel zelf op te lossen.

Zeer mooi en ruim huis. Hadden twee baby's bij en zelf daar was alles voor voorzien. Ook heel vriendelijke host. De wellnes was ook een meerwaarde

Mooie woning goed onderhouden en goede ligging.
Zeer goed onderhouden en vriendelijke service. Ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen.
Het was een mooi en goed onderhouden vakantiewoning. Enige nadeel was geen deur tussen de beneden en bovenverdieping waardoor je snel last had van elkaar als niet iedereen tegelijk ging slapen en had er een extra toilet mogen zijn en was de vaatwasser klein voor het aantal personen.
We hadden geen fijnere week kunnen hebben. Het huis is perfect gelegen in het groen vlakbij de bossen en de Venen. Alles is in het huis ook aanwezig om het gezellig te maken. De jacuzzi en de sauna waren een enorme meerwaarde! Verder was ook alles heel goed voorzien zoals de keuken en de tuin enz. De kinderen hebben zich zowel binnen als buiten geen seconde verveelt!

Zeer mooi , voldoende ruimte , alles goed voorzien in de keuken , spijtig was er 1 zit in de jacuzzi stuk, en de elektriciteit viel regelmatig uit bij gebruik van jacuzzi en sauna , misschien een vuurkorf voor buiten zou leuk zijn en we hadden regelmatig lauw water of koud water om te douchen , wel zeer vriendelijke eigenaars die we dan ook konden informeren, wel spijtig dat ze iedere ochtend even de jacuzzi kwamen nakijken , goed voor het onderhoud maar wel wat storend ivm privacy
Juste parfait, lits de bonne qualite, le jaccuzzi a bcp plus aux aines comme aux plus jeunes ! Un hôte tres reactif!

Ruim, net en gezellig vakantiehuis. Wellness is een extra troef. Heel vriendelijke gastvrouw, legt alles goed uit. In het huisje vind je lijst met adressen van restaurantjes, bakker etc. Ideale ligging om al wandelend/fietsend Xhoffraix/Mont/Malmédy te verkenne Enige 2 minpuntjes die ik kan bedenken: - de stapelbedden hebben geen 'zijkanten' (mogelijk gevaar om uit bed te vallen). - tuin is niet (volledig) omheind, best hond aanlijnen
Wij hebben het met ons gezin fantastisch gehad 10 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (2 en 4 jaar) mooi huis aardige behulpzame host!
Magnifique maison offrant tout le comfort pour un groupe. Le jacuzzi et le sauna sont vraiment un plus, surtout qu'ils sont parfaitement entretenus

Een erg nette woning met een mooie wellness. Wij zijn met een vriendengroep een weekend gaan fietsen. De woning is zeer geschikt en heeft een mooie ligging.
