Renovated in 2013, this holiday cottage is equipped to welcome up to 9 persons in the beautiful city of Malmedy, in the province of Liège. It offers a warm and convivial atmosphere and numerous activities such as an indoor swimming pool, and a playroom.
The major asset of this self-catering accommodation is undoubtedly the beautiful indoor swimming pool. There is also a playroom with ping-pong table, and an access to a nice wooden terrace equipped with deckchairs, ideal for sunbathing in the summer.
The ground floor of the house is inviting and nicely furnished. It includes and large and very bright living area, comprising a living room with a wood-burning stove, a dining room, and an equipped and functional eat-in kitchen. The veranda near the dining room is a place dedicated to relaxation and well-being. Enjoy the brightness of the day, or the peacefulness of the night, looking through the wide bay windows, and enjoy the furnished terrace when the sun is shining.
This holiday cottage counts four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms are delicately decorated, each one with a special ambiance. The children’s room also offers a living room with television, so they can enjoy their own area.
The luxury villa is located between the cities of Malmedy and Stavelot, two major tourist towns in the province of Liège. You will be offered loads of possible attractions! Each city has a very specific folklore, their carnivals are amongst the biggest events of the year! Also, the famous Spa-Francorchamps Racetrack is only a stone’s throw away! Don’t miss it if you are a motor sports lover! You can even go to the racetrack’s Karting to experience speed and thrills!
The area contains various museums, for example in the Abbey of Stavelot or the Malmundarium in Malmedy! And the discerning gourmets will be pleased, too, because the region offers tons of delicious restaurants and catering services!
The province of Liège is also a perfect destination for winter holidays! It overflows with activities to experience on the blanket of snow! Have you ever tried cross-country skiing? Countless trails are available in the area! The Mount Rigi offers cross-country ski trails, while alpine skiing is possible at the Val de Wanne!
Don’t think twice, you’ll be spoilt for choice in the region of Malmedy!
The Spa-Francorchamps Racetrack proposes events from mid-March until Mid-November. The Formula 1 Grand Prix takes place at the end of summer! The Racetrack also has its own museum, located in the Abbey of Stavelot!

Très bon accueil, belle région !Belle piscine, idéal pour un beau moment en famille.Maison très bien équipée, bonne literie.
De gastvrouw was heel aardig en behulpzaam. De slaapkamer met het stapelbed was helemaal ingericht, zodat ook de kinderen zich prima konden vermaken. Een eigen bankje, tafeltje, poefjes rondom. Hier hebben de kinderen gezellig spelletjes zitten spelen. Het zwembad was prima, net als de tafeltennistafel. Op elke verdieping een wc was ook fijn! Ook de keuken is uitgebreid ingericht, lekker veel bestek, borden, bekers en glazen. Het was een heel fijn huis!
Wij waren hier 1 week met 6 kinderen leeftijd 0 tot 11 jaar, huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en we waren nog lang niet uitgekeken in de omgeving. Top vakantie gehad!

Zalig verblijf gehad! Vlakbij Francorchamps, winkels, Plopsa Coo, centrum Malmedy.. Leuke tuin vol eekhoorntjes, heel vriendelijke gastvrouw. Kan er niets negatief van zeggen! Aanrader.
Prima huis, heel mooi gelegen, heel vriendelijke eigenares. Topweekend gehad!

Heel goede vakantiewoning. Goede ontvangst. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de woning. Het zwembad mocht enkele graden warmer zijn om het perfect te maken.

Het is een heel leuk huis om te verblijven en de eigenaars zijn super lief maar het zwembad is ijskoud en de trap kraakt enorm fel.
Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Het is erg fijn vertoeven en een schitterend uitzicht. Echt een aanrader.

Een ruime woning wat een voordeel was voor de kleinkinderen. Echter een te koud zwembad en een vervuilde keuken die aan vervanging toe is. Ligging is top, rustig en mooi uitzicht. Vlakbij is er een leuk speelplein met picknick mogelijkheid. Op wandelafstand van het circuit van Spa

Leuk huisje met zeer mooi uitzicht. Ruime kamers, super aangename veranda, voorzien van alle comfort. Ik zou het zeker aanraden. Moest het zwembad enkele graden warmer geweest zijn dan had het voor mij 10/10 geweest!

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die ons een hartelijke ontvangst bracht. De woning voldeed aan de verwachtingen, we hebben een erg aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Fijne vakantie gehad in een hele mooie omgeving. Sommige dingen in het huisje mogen wel gemoderniseerd worden, maar toch fijne tijd gehad. Het oorlogsmuseum in Bastogne is een aanrader

Le wifi est désastreux et la piscine chauffée est un peu froide pour les jeunes enfants. Aussi non la maison est conviviale, spacieuse et bien entretenue

- Zeer goed en mooi vakantiehuis. De keuken is wat beperkt voor 9 personen (te kleine kookplaat), amerikaanse koelkast/ijskast is wel een pluspunt. - wifi is onvoldoende krachtig, soms overbelast vanaf 3 toestelllen
zeer fijn weekend gehad .kindjes vonden het fijn om na zoveel tijd nog eens te kunnen zwemmen . mooi opgeruimd net huis .
