Renovated in 2013, this holiday cottage is equipped to welcome up to 9 persons in the beautiful city of Malmedy, in the province of Liège. It offers a warm and convivial atmosphere and numerous activities such as an indoor swimming pool, and a playroom.
The major asset of this self-catering accommodation is undoubtedly the beautiful indoor swimming pool. There is also a playroom with ping-pong table, and an access to a nice wooden terrace equipped with deckchairs, ideal for sunbathing in the summer.
The ground floor of the house is inviting and nicely furnished. It includes and large and very bright living area, comprising a living room with a wood-burning stove, a dining room, and an equipped and functional eat-in kitchen. The veranda near the dining room is a place dedicated to relaxation and well-being. Enjoy the brightness of the day, or the peacefulness of the night, looking through the wide bay windows, and enjoy the furnished terrace when the sun is shining.
This holiday cottage counts four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms are delicately decorated, each one with a special ambiance.
The luxury villa is located between the cities of Malmedy and Stavelot, two major tourist towns in the province of Liège. You will be offered loads of possible attractions! Each city has a very specific folklore, their carnivals are amongst the biggest events of the year! Also, the famous Spa-Francorchamps Racetrack is only a stone’s throw away! Don’t miss it if you are a motor sports lover! You can even go to the racetrack’s Karting to experience speed and thrills!
The area contains various museums, for example in the Abbey of Stavelot or the Malmundarium in Malmedy! And the discerning gourmets will be pleased, too, because the region offers tons of delicious restaurants and catering services!
The province of Liège is also a perfect destination for winter holidays! It overflows with activities to experience on the blanket of snow! Have you ever tried cross-country skiing? Countless trails are available in the area! The Mount Rigi offers cross-country ski trails, while alpine skiing is possible at the Val de Wanne!
Don’t think twice, you’ll be spoilt for choice in the region of Malmedy!
The Spa-Francorchamps Racetrack proposes events from mid-March until Mid-November. The Formula 1 Grand Prix takes place at the end of summer! The Racetrack also has its own museum, located in the Abbey of Stavelot!

Mooi en ruim vakantiehuis. Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Heerlijk zwembad, mooie tuin en veel zitplekken zowel buiten als binnen. De pannen zijn aan vervanging toe.
Wij hebben een uitstekend weekend doorgebracht met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen. Het huis en de omgeving waren top. We werden supervriendelijk ontvangen. De kleinkinderen konden moeilijk kiezen tussen de dikke sneeuwlaag buiten en het leuke zwembad binnen. Dat is alleen maar positief.
Prima huis als je geen luxe verwachtingen hebt. De keuken was beneden de verwachting. Ook de veranda was ijskoud in de winter en het water van het zwembad mag zeker een beetje warmer. De gastvrouw is super lief en het huis was netjes en naar verwachting.
Fijne en gezellige vakantiewoning. Het was ook versierd in kerstsfeer. De kinderen amuseerden zich enorm in het zwembad, ook de slaapkamer vonden ze top! In de keuken was er ook voldoende materiaal aanwezig. Enkel de oven werkte bij ons wat minder. Tot slot waren er op korte afstand ook heel wat mooie wandelingen en uitstappen te doen.
Mooie en prachtige ervaring in het huis en de omgeving voor ons allen als gezin . Is zeker de moeite waard om weer terug te komen . Wel jammer dat de Infra Rood Jaccuzzi er niet meer is . Maar de kinderen vonden het zwemmen in het zwembad een leuke ervaring.
Alles was geweldig. De gastheer heette ons hartelijk welkom. Ik raad aan om de temperatuur van het zwembad iets te verhogen. We komen zeker terug.

Super séjour dans cette maison. Tout était parfait.
Een leuk en ruim vakantiehuis en van al gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is leuk en indoor dus je bent niet afhankelijk van het weer, wel is het water aan de frisse kant maar dat went snel. Grote pluspunt is wat mij betreft verder het uitzicht. Al met al een aanrader, mede ook door de zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar.
Prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Ruim, netjes, vriendelijke (nederlandssprekende) gastvrouw. Meubilair niet heel comfortabel maar oke voor een korte vakantie.

Toffe woning, zeer ruim. Voor ons was het zwembad iets te koud en sommige stukken van de woning iets verouderd. Maar absoluut een meevaller en tof weekend gehad. Prachtig uitzicht, goed gelegen.

Heel aangename woning. Super vriendelijke ontvangst. Locatie heel goed als uitvalbasis om uitstapjes te doen. Heel leuk verblijf gehad!

Leuke woning.. enige nadeel is dat er veel insecten zijn om de woning, horren zouden het aangenamer maken. Ook stonk de woning wanneer ramen dicht waren. We moesten regelmatig de woning luchten.
Wederom een fijne vakantie gehad in het mooie ruime vakantiehuis met zwembad , groot en klein heeft er van genoten.
Maison spacieuse, accueil chaleureux.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce chalet. L'ambiance est chaleureuse et le paysage magnifique. Les environs sont très calmes. La propriétaire est sympathique. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème avec la température de la piscine qui est la même que dans les piscines publiques. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Met 3 volwassenen, 2 (middel)grote kinderen en 2 kleinere kinderen was dit een uitstekend verblijf met een zwembad wat opa (76) wel een beetje te fris vond. Dit verblijf is zeer zeker aan te bevelen ! ! ! ! !
