Located on the heights of Malmedy, province of Liège, this ancient farmhouse was entirely renovated in order to accommodate 20 persons in lovely and functional living areas. This vacation home is composed of two adjoining buildings, each perfectly equipped.
This first building may host up to 8 persons and the rooms are spread over 2 floors. This first building is equipped with 4 double bedrooms (2 bedrooms per floor), each with private bathroom. You will also benefit from a sitting room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a fitness area with elliptical cross trainer and exercise bench.
The second building may accommodate 12 persons. It is equipped with 4 double bedrooms on the first floor and a second bedroom for 4 persons on the second floor. It is also equipped with its private bathroom. You will also find a sitting room (with wood stove), a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a relaxation room. A sauna and a couple of deckchairs will also allow you to peacefully relax.
The whole holiday cottage is then equipped with 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.
Beside these two buildings, you will find a shared playroom with pool table, table football table and table tennis table! This playroom will also allow the group to cook together and share convivial meals!
You will easily pass from one building to another by the outside. These 3 areas will allow the whole group to get together while enjoying much privacy! It is the perfect holiday home for a stay in Belgium among family, friends or colleagues.
The large garden and the play area for the children are major assets of this luxury holiday house for 20 persons.
It is also ideally located to discover the region. It is to be found in a small village near Malmedy and Francorchamps, which is the perfect location for tourism and culture enthusiasts. You will be close to the Abbey of Stavelot, the Cathedral of Malmedy or the Baugnez 44 Historical Center about the Battle of the Bulge.
If you wish to discover the local nature and enjoy some fresh air, you will find several signposted hiking trails near the house. You will also be able to rent bicycles at Horizon-Bike! A great way to discover this beautiful region! If you wish to discover beautiful landscapes, the High Fens nature park is an essential stopover during your stay!
In winter, you will also discover the several cross-country skiing trails of the region. In summer, you will be able to practice some water sports at the Lake of Robertville or the Lake of Butgenbach.
The Spa-Francorchamps race circuit is just 3 km away will allow automobile enthusiasts to attend several racing events.
You will literally be spoilt for choice in terms of leisure activities!

This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Wij hadden een prachtig weekend met onze groep van 18 personen, alles was er zeer goed zowel de accomodatie als de ligging en het contact met de eigenaar.
Une maison hyper-équippée et énorme. Merci pour tous, on va surement retourner un jour.
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het vakantiehuis voldeed volledig aan onze wensen. Ondanks het slechte weer, hadden we een fantastische vakantie door de extra zaal met biljarttafel, Ping Pong tafel, en nog veel meer. Wij komen zeker terug.
Het huisje was super en voldeed volkomen aan onze wensen. Ook de ontvangst was zeer goed. We hebben alleen geen goede ervaring met de afhandeling. We hebben een borg van 700 euro betaald en we hebben na 2,5 week niet de volledige borg terug gekregen, Er zijn 64 euro van de borg getrokken en tot heden weten we niet waarom deze 64 euro zijn afgetrokken van de borg. Ik vind dit een heel slechte zaak en naar mijn mening hebben we alles goed en netjes achter gelaten.
Een fantastisch huis waar we met onze (klein)kinderen hebben genoten. Veel ruimte en speelgelegenheid en genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst.
Het is een zeer goed onderhouden en goed ingerichte vakantiewoning. Zowel de kinderen als volwassenen zijn voorzien van een ruimte om tot rust te komen en samen te komen met de familie. Wij komen zeker terug.
Vincent, the owner, is very flexibel in arrangements regarding key pickup, deposit or similar activities. Overall a very friendly family and we encountered zero problems with the accomodation. Accomodation is suitable for different kind of groups due to multiple bathrooms, arcade shed and wellness.

Hele fijne plek om samen met een groep te eten, spelen en te logeren!
Magnifique gîte où tout le monde a trouvé sa place. Salle de jeux incroyable pour les enfants comme pour les adultes. Propreté sur toute la propriété( intérieur comme extérieur). Accueil chaleureux par Mr Blaise et gentille attention pour les 75 ans de maman. Très bonne situation pour balades. Bref, il ne nous manquait rien...

Niks op aan te merken 2 gezellige huisjes met alle voorzieningen en dan nog eens eens gezamelijk grote ruimte met spelletjes een nog een keuken ,was tiptop in orde en proper
We hebben hier een 40 jarige bruiloft en een 60 jarige verjaardag gevierd met onze famillie. Ondanks het zeer natte weekend is het een super verblijf geweest. Vooral de ruimte met de spellen en de ruime zitgelegenheid voor ons allen was een aanwinst.

Uitstekende accomodatie voor vrienden met EN zonder kinderen door de verdeling van de verschillende (aaneensluitende) gebouwen. Zeer netjes en aan alles is gedacht!
Es war ein ganz, ganz toller Familienurlaub. Die Kinder waren super Glücklich und die Erwachsenen ebenso. Luxuriös ist das Haus nicht, aber richtig gut ausgestattet (auch die Küchen) und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Wir waren vier Familien mit Kleinkindern und Teenager, plus Oma/Opa. ALLE waren zufrieden.
Prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving met een extra gebouw voor spellen (biljart, tafeltennis, etc). Ideaal voor een onvergetelijk familieweekend.
