If you come to the Ardennes region for its landscapes and rural setting, you will not be disappointed with this vacation home with enclosed garden. You will spend much time there and enjoy its petanque field, terrace and barbecue. The house owner designed all the furniture himself and build it with his own hands. The interior decoration is quite refined and everything was thought up to guarantee a perfect stay. You will have 4 bedrooms, 2 of which with private bathroom. A third bathroom will also be at your disposal on the first floor. There are thus 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for optimal comfort. On the ground floor, the living area is quite pleasant thanks to a neat decoration and the dining room will allow the whole group to be gathered together for a delicious meal. As far as the kitchen is concerned, it will undoubtedly satisfy all the most demanding gourmets since it is very well equipped and functional. And last but not least, the sitting room will allow you to spend convivial evenings watching TV or just sitting on the comfortable sofas.
Malmedy in the province of Liège is a dynamic and busy town all year long: shops, cafés, restaurants, etc. Malmedy is an essential stopover during your stay and you will get to learn more about the local culture and folklore there. If you travel with children, Ânes-OK will allow you to go for a walk with a donkey. Back in town, the Malmundarium, a museum in the former abbey, will teach you more about the local culture. If you are interested in History, the Baugnez 44 Historical Center will teach you more about the Second World War in the region.

Mooi verzorgd huisje! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
We hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf. Het is een heel fijn huis. Ideaal voor honden omdat ze langs de berging kunnen binnenkomen waar ze kunnen blijven liggen tot ze droog zijn. Zo blijft het huis netjes. De ligging ten opzicht van wandelingen, winkels en restaurants was top. Minpuntjes: geen zetels voor 8 personen, in de keuken zijn de pannen aan vernieuwing toe en in de slaapkamers zijn ook de dekbedden en kussens aan vervanging toe (de vulling was samengepropt en sommige hadden een geurtje)
Prima huis. Voor de kinderen ook leuk speelgoed voorhanden. We misten een wasmachine.

We hebben weer genoten van ons jaarlijks familie-weekendje. Het huisje was absoluut goed in orde! We hebben ook genoten van de petanque baan.
Mooi vakantiehuis in een leuke omgeving; jammer genoeg niet heel erg goed onderhouden. Veel spinnenwebben en defecte lampen.
Mooi, ruim huis met fijne keuken. Grote tuin die volledig omheind is wat perfect was voor onze hond. De omgeving is prachtig. We hebben erg genoten.
Très belle maison, bien entretenue, bien équipée et très propre. Contacts agréables avec la propriétaire. Rien à redire.
Nous avons passés une semaine en famille des plus agréable dans une maison et un endroit a recommander. L'intérieur du gîte comme l'extérieur, avec un jardin bien clôturé, sont parfaits. Merci à Audrey, l'hôtesse, pour son accueil chaleureux.

Mooi, netjes en ruim huis. Grote badkamer, keuken is van alles voorzien. Heerlijke tuin, waar je ook overdekt kunt buiten zitten. Wij hadden een afwijkende aankomsttijd en dat konden goed regelen met de gastvrouw.
We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit vakantieverblijf het huis is heel netjes,mooi ingericht,heel proper war absoluut een meerwaarde is.. alles was aanwezig.. goede ligging om te wandelen of te mountenbike ..goed omheinde tuin.. dicht bij Malmedy. Zowel de oudste als de jongste hebbe´ zich goed geamuseerd.. het weer was dan ook de eerste dagen top... bedankt Audry voor de extra service.. het huis en de omgeving is een echte aanrader. !!
Mooie, grote woning, met alle vorzieningen, perfect voor gezinnen en families. Perfecte omgeving om te wandelen, fietsen, kanoen of sporten. Heel mooie natuur.Ook leuk met een hond. Leuke pllatsjes in de buurt La-Roche-en Aredennen, Spa etc.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette maison à Malmedy. Le logement était propre, spacieux et parfaitement équipé pour notre famille. L'hôte, Audrey, nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La région est magnifique, avec de superbes promenades à découvrir aux alentours. Nous recommandons vivement cet emplacement et reviendrons avec plaisir

Heerlijk weekend gehad in een schoon, ruim huis met alles erop en eraan. Zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Zeker de moeite waard om terug te komen.

Gewoonweg super goed!! Echt mooi gelegen huisje met perfecte tuin voor onze kids en hond. Wij waren er met onze kinderen en ouders een week. Huisje erg mooi bijgehouden en contact met audrey was perfect! Buiten heerlijk zitten en ook de bbq was super. Enige tip zou kunnen zijn dat er een ligbedje in de tuin zou kunnen om nog meer te kunnen genieten en een wasmachine dat je in de week een keer een wandel wasje kunt draaien!Maar dit zijn luxe tips niet persee nodig want het was kortom perfect
Een prachtig gelegen, van alle gemakken voorzien huis. Veel ruimte, een grote tuin en erg schoon allemaal. De host, Audrey, reageerde altijd vrij snel op vragen en onze berichten. Er was zelfs kinderspeelgoed beschikbaar, een Nintendo switch en diverse (bord)spellen. Hout voor de barbecue/sfeerverlichting was beschikbaar. Voor ons gezelschap van 6 volwassenen, 1 baby en een hondje een prima verblijf geweest.
