Come spend an authentic stay in this 3 star holiday cottage in Malmedy in the province of Liège. It may host up to 4/6 persons and benefits from a small terrace behind the house.

This holiday home was entirely renovated and benefits from an authentic character. The house owners managed to cleverly renovate this house built in 1850 and transformed it into a comfortable vacation home. It is located near the remainings of the surrounding wall that used to protect the town. On the ground floor, the house is equipped with a sitting room with TV, a kitchen with dining area and a lovely bathroom. On the first floor, you will find two linked bedrooms and a third one of the second floor. There are thus 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will also have a small furnished terrace at your disposal. There is no private parking space outside but there is a public parking lot just 10 meters away.

One of the biggest assets of this holiday rental is its location. It lies just 100 meters away from the Place Albert, in the town center of Malmedy. Several shop stores are available : bakery, butcher's, restaurants, cafés. The Malmundarium is also accessible on foot and others activities are also quite close: Movie Mills, Bowling 362, Baugnez 44 Historical Center or the Bellevaux Brewery. Malmedy is a busy town and its Carnival is quite famous. There are several hiking trails available starting right from the Cathedral or passing by your holiday home.

Dit gezellig huisje voldeed aan onze verwachtingen , het interieur was verzorgd en mooi zoals op de foto's. Het contact met de gastvrouw was heel vlot. Het enigste minpuntje dat wij kunnen geven is dat we de laatste dag geen warm water hadden om te douchen voor de rest was alles prima.

Dit was voor ons gezin een fijne woning voor een korte vakantie. Ze is ideaal gelegen in het centrum van Malmedy kort bij een uitstekende bakkerij, restaurants, winkels, buitenzwembad, ... Met de wagen, fiets of te voet kan je verder in de omgeving alles ontdekken en een actieve vakantie beleven.

In het centrum van Malmedy, op wandelafstand van alle winkels, en toch rustig gelegen, biedt dit vermoedelijk kleinste huisje van de stad alle comfort voor een aangenaam verblijf voor ideëel 4 personen. Gezien de steile trappen en de kleine (dak)tuin minder geschikt voor (te) kleine kinderen of wie moeilijk te been is. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor de vele wandelingen in de streek.
