This holiday home was entirely renovated and benefits from an authentic character. The house owners managed to cleverly renovate this house built in 1850 and transformed it into a comfortable vacation home. It is located near the remainings of the surrounding wall that used to protect the town. On the ground floor, the house is equipped with a sitting room with TV, a kitchen with dining area and a lovely bathroom. On the first floor, you will find two linked bedrooms and a third one of the second floor. There are thus 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will also have a small furnished terrace at your disposal. There is no private parking space outside but there is a public parking lot just 10 meters away.
One of the biggest assets of this holiday rental is its location. It lies just 100 meters away from the Place Albert, in the town center of Malmedy. Several shop stores are available : bakery, butcher's, restaurants, cafés.
