Absolutely enjoyable place to stay with great view and all facilities you would expect.
Zeer mooie villa die compleet aan onze verwachtingen voldeed. Het was een heerlijk verjaardagsweekend met vier vriendenkoppels. Mijn man en twee vrienden van ons waren jarig. We hebben lekker gekookt, Malmedy bezocht, een restaurantje gedaan, van de sauna gebruik gemaakt, alles was maar wens. We komen graag nog eens terug!
Een geweldig leuk en mooi vakantiehuis. Binnen heel gezellig ingericht en het ontbreekt echt aan niets!

Perfekt für einen Familien- oder Freunde- Urlaub mit herrlichem Blick in die Natur und doch ortsnah. Mehrere Terassen mit tollen Gartenmöbeln, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die Betten waren bequem. Es gab genug Gläser für verschiedene Getränke und enorm viele Teller und Besteck, was uns besonders gefreut hat. Der riesige Garten mit Rasen war der Traum für unsere Enkelin .Absolut empfehlenswert.
Karaktervolle woning, met schitterend zicht op de prachtige tuin en achterliggende bossen. Mooie en ruime living en zithoek, aangenaam en goed uitgerust terras. Wel veel trappen binnen en buiten. Slaapkamers en badkamers OK. Vriendelijke en correcte eigenaar.
Aardige mensen, prachtige ligging van het huis, mooie omgeving, bezienswaardigheden zijn dichtbij, in het huis was alles qua gebruik aanwezig, een fijne vakantie gehad, het weer zat soms wat tegen, het enige wat iets minder was was dat de meubels en bedden wat gedateerd zijn maar al in al hebben we een prima vakantie gehad

Heel tevreden over de woning met prachtig uitzicht. Veel gerief in de keuken. Vriendelijke ontvangen .
Een mooi vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht, een mooie tuin en zeer gezellig en comfortabel ingericht. Mooie badkamers en een topkeuken. We hebben bovendien genoten van het zonneterras. En het was een tof onthaal en een vlotte regeling van alles. Wij komen zeker nog terug. Bedankt trouwens voor de tips van de brouwerijen. Ze waren het bezoek waard.

Heerlijk huis waar alles op en aan zat zeer compleet. Hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad met onze vrienden, voor herhaling vatbaar.

This house was perfect for a larger family. There was room to lounge especially using the outside, but we could all be close by. Be sure to make arrangements for bedding. The Wi-Fi was a bit temperamental. The kitchen was very well laid out and stocked, even with a built-in deep fryer. Dry Sauna was a nice touch. Being less than 5 minutes from E-42 was very useful for day trips. Owner was a pleasure to work with.

Een prachtig huis op een hele mooie locatie met een prachtig vrij uitzicht.
Prachtige ligging.
Mooi ruim en uitgebreid huis en tuin. Het was helaas wat te koud te kunnen genieten van het terras en tuin, maar de woning heeft voldoende ruimte om binnen te vertoeven. Keuken is erg uitgebreid qua apparatuur en spullen. Ook contact met de eigenaar was erg prettig. Lijkt ons erg leuk om in de zomer nog eens terug te komen

Wij verbleven met ons gezin een lang weekend in dit heerlijke vakantiehuis. Wat een prachtig uitzicht. En hoewel er geen sneeuw lag in Malmedy is Ovifat heel snel te bereiken. Het huis is zeer goed uitgerust. Enige minpuntje is het geluid van de weg. Dat klonk harder door dan verwacht. Maar verder hebben we echt genoten!
Het vakantiehuis geeft een aangename, door alle mogelijke aanwezige factoren ( zoals ligging, inrichting , uitzicht) zodat mijn inziens een ontspannende week, kan verzekerd worden.
