It has cozy living spaces and a beautifully decorated kitchen, which makes it possible to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them together. The personalized decoration of the 5 bedrooms, the quality of the furniture and the 2 bathrooms will certainly give your stay an extra touch, while the indoor pool and the relaxation area will provide many relaxing moments. Swim a few laps and then enjoy the sauna, with a moment of rest on the loungers in between. What more could you want? Please note: access to the pool is from the outside. Nevertheless, your privacy is guaranteed.
Outside, you can enjoy a tasty aperitif, followed by an extensive barbecue, all with a stunning view of nature while the children romp in the large garden with a swing.
The gite is located near Ligneuville, a cozy village full of nature with numerous hiking and cycling opportunities in the area. The house is a few kilometers from Malmedy, a romantic town with many shops, restaurants and nice cafes.
Culture lovers can visit Baugnez 44 Historical Center, where you get a clearer view of the Battle of the Ardennes during WWII, and Malmundarium to learn more about the history and traditions of the city of Malmedy.
The more sporty among us can have fun at Paintzone Paintball and Bubblezone Soccer or enjoy a game of bowling at Bowling 362 - Magic Planet de Malmedy.
Also the Brasserie de Bellevaux, where you can taste the delicious local beer, is highly recommended, as is the new cinema MovieMills.

Every year during the weekend after July 21, village festivals take place. However, these do not pose any problem to reach or park at your holiday home. The only possible inconvenience might be the enthusiastic festivity noise from the villagers. Maybe it will make you want to join the festivities?

La maison est idéalement située et proche de balades. Les chambres sont agréables et confortables. Les espaces de vie sont spacieux et agréables. L’accueil est chaleureux et l’arrivée est flexible.
Een mooi en groot vakantiehuis die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het uitzicht over de heuvels is prachtig! De locatie van de woning is een goede uitvalbasis voor diverse activiteiten. We hebben genoten van een weekje vakantie in de Ardennen in dit fijne huis.
Wat een ontzettend mooi huis. Alles is aanwezig! Heerlijke bedden. Prachtig zwembad.
La maison est spacieuse et la vue très agréable . Pour le reste j'ai trouvé que les frais d'électricité étaient exessif vu les 40 panneaux solaires sur le toit. Heureusement que nous n'avons pas utilisé le sauna.

Concernant votre remarque sur la consommation d’électricité, nous comprenons tout à fait votre étonnement. Il est toutefois important de préciser que, même si la maison est équipée de panneaux photovoltaïques, ceux-ci ne permettent pas nécessairement d’alimenter directement la consommation des vacanciers pendant leur séjour. L’électricité consommée est donc facturée selon le relevé du compteur, comme indiqué dans le contrat de location et en respectant la fourchette estimative annoncée sur le site. Cette transparence permet d’assurer une équité entre tous les hôtes, en fonction de leur consommation réelle. Nous restons néanmoins attentifs à vos remarques, car elles nous aident à mieux expliquer ces points en amont des séjours. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau dans les Ardennes.

Een geweldig huis met een schitterende ligging. We hebben genoten van de sauna en het zwembad. De bedden waren prima. Een echte aanrader. We komen zeker terug.
Heel mooie, propere en gezellige woning. Volledig zoals op de foto's en de beschrijving. Leuk zwembad, mooie sauna, gezellig terras en een onbeschrijflijk zicht op de vallei en de bergen. Ik kan geen voorstel tot verbetering benoemen. Gewoon TOP! We waren met 6 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen (3 jaar en 1 jaar).

Het was geweldig, het huis is klein maar fijn. De slaapkamers zijn daarentegen giga groot. We hadden helaas niet al te goed weer. Het zwembad is super, wij hadden een probleem met de sauna maar daar was op zondag niets aan te doen. De eigenaren hebben ernorm hun best gedaan maar dat was een minointje. En ik wacht nog op de energie rekening dus qua prijs heb ik nog niet een mening.
