The villa is around 300 m² over 3 levels. On the ground floor are the four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower and toilet), next to a games room with billiards and table football. Upstairs is the bright living area: a fully equipped kitchen (with double oven and American fridge), a dining room and a sitting area with a cassette stove. At the very top awaits a mezzanine lounge with TV and games. Bed linen and towels are provided on site.

Large terrace, garden and plenty of play

From the living area you step straight onto the spacious 80 m² terrace, with barbecue and a wide view over meadows and countryside. Below it lies an 800 m² garden, with a pétanque court and a ping-pong table for long summer evenings. Plenty of space, in short, for young and old. There is also private parking for 6 cars and a secure bike shed.

What to do around Malmedy?

Malmedy, just 3 kilometres away, is a lively town with terraces, shops and the famous Cwarmê carnival; the RAVeL takes you there by bike. Nature lovers head to the High Fens and the Signal de Botrange, Belgium's highest point, or to the Coo waterfalls. Historic Stavelot with its abbey and fashionable Spa are close by, as is the legendary Spa-Francorchamps circuit for motorsport fans.
