This holiday home was fully renovated in 2007 and tastefully decorated. The open hearth in the beautiful living room enhances the house’s warm ambience.
There are five bedrooms, which are colourful with refined decor. You’ll find everything you need in the two bathrooms: a bathtub or shower, a washbasin, and a changing table.
The kitchen is functional and has everything close to hand for preparing tasty meals. You’ll find a four-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, American-style fridge, dishwasher, fondue maker, water heater, toaster, percolator, soup blender, raclette maker, and more.
The garden is enclosed. So you can let the children play outside on the children’s play equipment with peace of mind. They can play in the playground with two towers, a slide, and two swings, as well as a trampoline! Children and adults alike can play ping-pong in the garage.

We hebben een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad. Alle faciliteiten zijn goed in orde. Ruim voorzien van keukentoestellen. Het vuur is wel wat klein, en krijgt een grote pot water moeilijk aan de kook. Zeer goede bedden, en modern sanitiar.
Prima uitgeruste keuken. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Zetels en stoelen zijn aan vervanging toe

Superbe gîte, authentique, très confortable et décoré avec goût. Le jardin est spacieux , entouré de grands arbres. Il est agrémenté de quelques jeux pour enfants dont un trampoline tout à fait sécurisé et le terrain de pétanque est en parfait état! Nous y avons passé un excellent WE! A recommander!
Superbe gîte dans un endroit magnifique et très calme! La maison est super bien équipée, ainsi que le jardin! Rien a dire, un superbe dépaysement à 10minutes de chez nous!
Wij hebben een heel leuk weekend gehad met 7 volwassen, 3 kinderen (0-3 jaar) en een hond. Het begint al met duidelijke communicatie en een vriendelijk welkom van de eigenares. Mooi pluspunt is de omheinde tuin. De villa is zeer kindvriendelijk met als enige feedback dat een sluitbaar hekje bovenaan de trap voor de veiligheid van kleine kinderen nog net iets beter zou zijn. Op de site van Ardennes-etape staat het niet duidelijk in de zoekresultaten, maar deze villa heeft een sauna en jacuzzi.
Vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse inclusief een welkomstpakketje met lekkere streekproducten. De woning bevat een moderne keuken, fijne living, aparte speelverdieping voor de kids en een ruime tuin met speeltoestellen. Iedere slaapkamer is voorzien van een eigen wastafel wat ook prettig is. Enige puntje is dat na het gebruiken van de jacuzzi de ontspanningsruimte blank stond. Dit netjes gemeld bij de eigenaresse, hopelijk kunnen ze dit snel verhelpen voor toekomstige huurders!

Wij hadden een aangenaam verblijf, kregen een goede ontvangst. Een gezellig en ruim huis. Alleen erg jammer dat de jacuzzi niet werkte, het was een van de redenen waarom we voor dit huis kozen. Ook de deur van de badkamer sloot niet, wat niet zo handig is gezien we onder vrienden waren.

Uitstekend huis en een heel prettig verblijf. Het huis is wat gedateerd, maar verkeerd in goede staat. Zeer leuk om met een vriendengroep te verblijven met Malmedy op korte afstand en ook Spa/Francorchamps.
Maison vraiment très agréable et spacieuse. Accueil chaleureux. Je recommande

Quelle magnifique maison, enocre plus belle que sur les photos. Un feu de bois crépitait à notre arrivée et un sompteux sapin de Noël brillait de milles feux. Nous avons pu compter sur des propirétaires charmants et accueillants ! Excellent séjour.
