One of the four bedrooms is in the basement at street level with direct access from the outside. The cot bed is in a bedroom on the floor above.
Electric car? No problem! There is a practical charging point for electric cars here.
The house is only reserved for families.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…
Pets not allowed
Er is werkelijk niets in het huis aanwezig wat als service gezien kan worden. Geen peper/zout, koffie/thee of een aansteker. Vet prima huis, maar zelfs toiletpapier moest gehaald worden.

Het is een zeer compleet en comfortabel huis. Alle bedden netjes opgemaakt bij aankomst, er waren ook handdoeken en keukendoeken aanwezig. Keurige ontvangst, huis was goed schoon. Mooie locatie, goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen rondom Malmedy en Hoge Venen, en voor bezoek Aken en Monschau. Echt top!

Super fijn vakantiehuis. Lekker ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wat in de communicatie niet goed gaat, is het zelf meenemen van beddengoed en (bad)handdoeken. Wij hebben veel moeite gedaan om allerlei geschikt beddengoed bij elkaar te sprokkelen, maar dat was helemaal niet nodig. Bij aankomst bleken alle bedden opgemaakt en er waren zelfs voor iedereen twee (bad)handdoeken aanwezig. Minpuntje is de slechte doorstroming van de douche boven en de koelkast. Deze koelt echt heel slecht.

We hebben een leuke vakantie gehad juist hadden we schrik voor de afrekening achteraf water,elektriciteit, maar dit viel mee dit geeft wel geen gerust gevoel .maar we komen zeker terug

Magnifique maison, beaux espaces, excellente literie, terrasse superbement exposée et merveilleuse localisation un peu à l'écart, au calme, mais proche du centre accessible en quelques minutes.
Heel mooi en net vakantiehuis. Alles prima in orde. Nodige linnengoed aanwezig, dus dat is altijd een plus.
Goed onderhouden en net huis, mooie en zeer rustige omgeving. Slaapkamers in orde en goed uitgeruste keuken. Al bij al hadden we een fijn verblijf in Malmédy, op één puntje na: zeer hoge afrekening verbruikskosten voor elektriciteit. De meterstanden werden opgenomen en bewezen met foto, maar het elektriciteitsverbruik zou volgens de meter neerkomen op 277 kWh, voor een weekend is dit absurd veel. We lieten geen lampen branden, de sauna heeft niet opgestaan, dus dit vinden we raar. Verder prima!
