Here is a beautiful holiday cottage aimed at families with children. No matter how old you are, you will no doubt find something to your liking in this village house for 20 persons: from the sauna to the playroom and the playground, this holiday rental will make for unforgettable holidays in the Ardennes.
This 4 star group accommodation is situated in Manhay in the province of Luxembourg. It is designed to host 20 persons and will without any doubt make for an unforgettable family stay. Everything was thought up to guarantee a good holiday experience. While the children will be happy to find an outdoor playground in the private garden, partially fenced by a hedge, adults will be able to keep an eye on them while having a drink on the very pleasant covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.
This holiday village is laid out on three levels. The ground floor hosts an equipped kitchen, a dining-room and a sitting-room with wood stove. The first and second floors host 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The wellness area with sauna and the playroom with soccer table are on the second floor.
You will also have access to 6 private parking spaces.
Do you feel like discovering the region in an original way? Opt for a trip aboard the Aisne Tourist Tramway in Erezée, a great idea for a group activity!

Top weekend met de familie gehad, we hebben ervan genoten en dat was zeker dankzij de mooie locatie!
Mooi groot huis. Fijne tuin om in te zitten en voor kinderen om in te spelen. Fijn dat je een aparte eetkamer hebt daardoor kan de groep splitsen. De keuken stoelen zat zeer slecht. Jammer. En een douche gordijn is niet meer van deze tijd. Verder niets dan lof over dit fijne huis en de prachtige omgeving.
Het is een mooi huis met verschillende kamers met douche. De keuken is compleet met een industriële vaatwasser en de living heeft een klein barretje wat leuk is. Het terras is super, helaas was het heel slecht weer en hebben we er geen gebruik van gemaakt. Minpunten: de 4 persoonskamer met losse bedden is een mezzanine en heeft dus geen deur wat deze kamer zeer gehorig maakt. De trap deuren klappen dicht; met een grote groep moet je daar rekening mee houden. Verder TOP.

Heel comfortabel huis met veel ruimte. Alles wat nodig is in een gewoon huishouden is aanwezig.

We werden door de vriendelijke eigenares in het Nederlands ontvangen op een zeer correcte en professionele manier. Het is een zeer aangenaam huis, zeker met jonge kinderen (speeltuig buiten, speelkamer, ... ). Het overdekte terras biedt dit groot huis een meerwaarde. Er is een overvloed aan keukenmateriaal (glazen, bestek, potten, ijskasten, 2 ovens ... ) zodat we met 14 volwassenen, 4 jonge kinderen en 2 baby's niets tekort hadden. Een echte aanrader!!!
Aangenaam verblijf gehad met een vriendengroep. Nette woning, Nederlands sprekende eigenaar
Wauw! Een tophuis. Alles was inorde en super netjes. De speeltuin en speelruimte waren een meerwaarde voor de kindjes.
Logement très propre, très fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé et entretenu. Parfait pour un séjour en famille.
Een geweldig huis voor ons vriendenweekend. Wij en onze kinderen hebben enorm genoten; de slaapkamers met eigen douche, de speelkamer en bovenal de fijne tuin met speeltuin en loungestoelen. Zullen zeker terugkeren!

Mooi ruim vakantiehuis met grote slaapkamers en veel badkamers. Grote eettafel, prettige keuken. Alles aanwezig voor een fijn verblijf voor een grote familie.

This holiday home underwent a major renovation in 2021.
Très belle maison, spacieuse, très bien équipée, idéale pour passer un weekend ou plus en famille ou entre amis. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Tout s'est très bien passé.
Heel vriendelijke ontvangst van de eigenares. Ruime en goed ingerichte woning waarvan ook het overdekte terras een grote meerwaarde is. Goed gelegen om vanaf de woning vlug in de natuur en bossen te komen om wandelingen te maken.
Allemaal naar wens
Een gezellig huis. Ook heel proper. Alles is voorzien. We hebben er een leuke tijd gehad. Het duurde wel even voordat het huis volledig opgewarmd was. Het kacheltje is gezellig en in de zitplaats is het lekker warm dan. Wij vonden het jammer dat de zitplaats niet rechtstreeks verbonden is met de eetplaats /keuken. De kamers hebben ieder hun douche en lavabo wat echt wel een pluspunt is.
