Located in a large property that is both wooded and spacious, this charming villa for 12 people will be the ideal setting for a great stay with family or friends in Manhay.
Equipped with six bedrooms and four bathrooms, this holiday rental offers excellent comfort. On the ground floor, you will find a large kitchen, which is ideal for preparing good meals all together in an inviting atmosphere. The pleasant lounge is perfectly suited to take an aperitif or to end the evening sipping a last drink. Young children will appreciate the play area located nearby and within sight of their parents.
The upper floor houses the bedrooms and bathrooms (one of them is equipped with an infrared cabin). The materials are authentic and the finishings are of high quality.
In the basement, games and conviviality are in order. In an atmosphere of a vaulted cellar, there are a corner bar and lounge at your disposal, while the large games room will be the ideal setting for a match of table tennis, air hockey or table football.
Sports enthusiasts looking for a challenge will be pleased with the gym (rowing machine, benches, exercise bike).
Let's keep the best for last: a few meters away from the house, you will find the outdoor swimming pool situated in a green setting. It is adjacent to a partly covered terrace, a barbecue and a small building, which houses a bathroom.
The house also has a large terrace accessible from the dining room.
There are many activities for children and adults nearby, such as the Park Chlorophylle, La Roche-en-Ardenne Wildlife Park and the Aisne Tourist Tramway.
Food enthusiasts will enjoy a visit to the Chocolaterie Defroidmont, as well as ordering from Au Berger Gourmet Catering.
In winter, do not miss visiting the Baraque Fraiture ski station.

The house has a large garden that is very pleasant for children. The outdoor swimming pool, which is fenced, and the small annex building, which features a bathroom, are just a few meters away from the house.

Très belle propriété et maison, tout confort et parfaitement entretenue, malgré la mauvaise météo nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille.
Zeer net en mooi gelegen. Wij komen nog een keer terug na een fantastisch verblijf.
Als je ergens wilt ontspannen en genieten, dan is dit huis een fantastische keuze. Het heeft in feite alles wat je nodig hebt. Het perceel is ruim dat je geen last hebt van omgevingsgeluid. Het huis is groot en voorzien van alle gemakken. De kelder is voor een fietsvriendengroep een geweldige toevoeging. Daarnaast zijn we ook zeer te spreken over het zwembad en de buitenBBQ. Verbeterpunten: kroonluchter in hal is levensgevaarlijk, scherpere keukenmessen, gladheid keldervloer, parasol zwembad.
Een prachtig en uitstekend huis. Heerlijke slaap- en badkamers, een zeer volledige keuken voorzien van alle gemakken. Erg leuk is de kelder met speel en sport mogelijkheden. Zwembad en poolhouse zijn heerlijk, mooie ruime bbq en prachtige tuin rondom. Kortom een dikke 10!!
Zeer mooi vakantiehuis! Alles aanwezig en heel proper
Een schitterend verblijf in een zeer ruim en mooi opgeknapt huis. Echt schitterende mooie afgelegen locatie. Het enige min puntje, hoewel het totaal niet storend was, was dat niet overal in huis WiFi is. En je moet even goed opletten waar de ingang is langs de weg, want je rijd er zo langs haha
Een schitterende huis met een prachtige tuin. De slaapkamers en badkamers waren van uitstekende kwaliteit. Ook in de omgeving is voldoende te doen bijvoorbeeld het oorlogsmuseums in Manhay en VR Mario karten. We wisten op voorhand dat we het zwembad niet konden gebruiken maar dit was toch erg jammer bij 23 graden in April. Gelukkig was het mooi weer want doordat het zwembad dicht is mag je ook de overkapping bij het badhuis niet gebruiken. Logisch maar daar hadden we wel op gerekend. Top host
Mooi, groot en net huis. Kelder bood veel ruimte aan kids met minder weer. Minder was dat we geen tv en slecht internet hadden . Eigenaresse heeft haar best gedaan dit te verhelpen maar helaas lukte dit pas de avond voor we weggingen. Dus geen kerstfilms, top2000 etc, voetbal etc. Kregen netjes korting maar hebben dit wel gemist. We zullen dit huis niet snel meer boeken wegens de minder comfortabele banken, bedden en dunne dekbedden. Extra toppers en extra dekbedden zou dit kunnen oplossen
We hebben een super tijd gehad in dit verblijf. Alles was goed onderhouden en heel schoon.
Geweldige tijd gehad in dit prachtige huis. Heerlijk zwembad mooie kamers en veel faciliteiten (tafeltennis, darten, airhockey en tafelvoetbal). Enige toevoeging zou een grote anti-aanbak wokpan zijn die ontbrak waardoor koken voor een grote groep wat lastiger werd. Zeer tevreden over dit huis.
Prachtig huis en domein
Geweldige lokatie, geen last van buren. Muziek, bbq niemand die last van o 's had.
Top huis, heel mooi gelegen op een eigen landgoed.
Prachtige woning in een oase van rust kleinkinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad en de zeer grote tuin.
Een fijne woning erg privé en enorm veel ruimte in een mooie bosrijke omgeving. Alleen jammer dat je na die tijd nog een flinke naheffing krijgt, aangezien je vooraf niet weet welke tarieven zij hanteren .....
Dit huis heeft kosten naar verbruik. Zoals aangegeven in onze offerte zijn de getoonde bedragen schattingen en variëren ze naargelang je verbruik.
