Starting with a centuries-old mill, the owners of the property have built a splendid 4-star cottage, where a modern atmosphere elegantly blends with antique elements and materials.
Beginning from outside, you will be charmed. The fenced garden offers fun for everyone. There are a swing, a slide and a petanque terrain. The large terrace consists of several areas: an inviting lounge, a large dining table, and a wellness area with an outdoor jacuzzi that boasts a beautiful view of the surrounding nature.
Inside, the magic continues.
On the ground floor, the living area is divided into several connected spaces, which will allow your tribe to enjoy a good time all together or in smaller groups. There are a bedroom and bathroom on this floor, which makes the house accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The first floor is dedicated to rest. It features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a pleasant feeling of space and light.
The second floor, with a lovely old wooden frame, houses a bedroom, a bathroom, and a relaxation area with billiards and board games.
To enjoy a comfortable stay with family or friends, this large capacity cottage offers a total of seven bedrooms and six bathrooms (some of which are en-suite).
Located just a few steps from the centre of Marche-en-Famenne, in the province of Luxembourg, this cottage is near shops, restaurants, a cinema and the Wex. It is also the starting point for horse-drawn carriage rides!
Golf lovers, you've come to the right place! The 18-hole course of the Five Nations golf club in Méan is very close.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes, verlängertes Wochenende mit 6 Paaren in dem Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und geschmackvoll und wir haben vorallem die große Terrasse bei unserem Aufenthalt genossen.
Mooie, ruime vakantiewoning met alle nodige faciliteiten. Ook enkele minpuntjes ... zekering van jacuzzi valt frequent uit, er komen ook jetsproeiers los uit de jacuzzi zelf. Slaapzolder kan nauwelijks verduisterd worden. Veel trapjes in de woning (vooral opletten met kleinere kinderen). Voor de rest een zeer aangenaam verblijf.
Prima vakantiehuis. Zeer goede ligging, perfect onderhouden en alles is aanwezig. Slechts paar kleine verbeterpuntjes: ontvangst was in gebrekkig Frans, zolderkamer kon niet verduisterd worden en 1 van de 2 tv-toestellen werkte niet. Zeker een aanrader.

Zeer mooi huis! Alles tip top in orde.
Fantastisch weekend gehad in dit mooie huis! Ruime kamers, verzorgd sanitair, goed uitgeruste keuken en leuke ontspanningsruimte op zolder. Enkel jammer dat de zekering van de jacuzzi zoveel sprong, waardoor hij telkens uitviel!

Een leuk huis om met koppels door te brengen, voorzien van al wat nodig is.
De slaapkamers zijn groot en mooi. De keuken was ook van alles voorzien. De jacuzzi vonden wij een grote meerwaarde. Wij hebben een heel leuk weekend gehad met vrienden.
Voor oudere mensen en kinderen is het oppassen om niet vallen over de hoogteverschillen tussen de verschillende hoogteniveaus in de woning. Een fluo strip zou de veiligheid verbeteren idem dito op de glazen deuren.Slechte akoestiek kan verbeterd worden door gordijnen te voorzien.
We hadden een fantastisch verblijf. De woning voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen.

Superweekend gehad met neven en nichten. Alles top !!! Goede, rustige ligging maar toch dicht bij Marche-en-Famenne (20 wandelminuutjes). Zeer ruim huis met alles erop en aan om te genieten.

Beautifully renovated house with an amazing terrace overlooking the garden. Plenty of plants in the house gave it a very homely feel.
Goede ontvangst. Alles was zeer proper en alles was ook aanwezig. Jacuzzi en televisie deden het niet. De dag nadien zijn ze komen kijken naar televisie, jammer genoeg niet kunnen oplossen, en de vrijdag komen kijken naar jacuzzi en dit direct kunnen oplossen waardoor we de laatste dag toch nog even konden genieten ervan. Mss een tip voor de eigenaars om te kijken als alles werkt voor de huurders aankomen. Anders geen opmerkingen aan huisje. Was tip top in orde. Gaan zeker nog terug!!

La maison est spacieuse, super bien équipée, fonctionnelle, rien ne manque. La terrasse couverte avec le jacuzzi est un must. Seul tout petit bémol: l’escalier est un peu raide pour les très jeunes enfants. Le séjour était en tout point parfait, nous reviendrons.
Zeer nette, recent gerenoveerde woning. Alles is aanwezig voor een geslaagde vakantie. In de directe omgeving liggen wel twee drukke wegen die toch wat lawaaihinder veroorzaken.
De slaapzolder had geen gordijnen waardoor het hier erg licht was. Dit is echt iets ik zou toevoegen. Verder was alles perfect !

Heel mooi en net vakantiehuis, jammer, vooral met kindjes, dat de tuin met trapjes naar beneden is... De keuken is uitstekend! De trampoline is jammer genoeg niet beveiligd...

Een uitstekend geequipeerd huis met origineel groot overdekt terras, zodat zelfs bij iets minder zomerweer buiten kan geleefd en gegeten worden. Mooie wandelingen in de omgeving te maken. Zeker te bezoeken: Marche-en-Famenne, Waha, de 4 des plus beaux villages en Wallonië. Wegens Corona geen bezoek gebracht aan grotten van Han, Hotton of Rochefort. Grote supermarkten op 2 km, uitstekende bakker Poncelet in Marche (ferme dimanche et lundi!). Dagelijks genoten van de jacuzzi. Wij verbleven met 9+4
