Located in a sleepy little hamlet close to Marche-en-Famenne, this small farmhouse conversion offers a very nice view of the surroundings in a welcoming and convivial setting.

This self-catering accommodation in the Province of Luxembourg boasts a cosy interior design that is both sober and charming. With its full kitchen and a very comfortable living area, you will spend many pleasant moments with your family or friends. You will also find three cosy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. In spring and summer, you can take advantage of the outdoor heated swimming pool (shared with the landlords). Tennis amateurs can also use the tennis court whilst the children enjoy themselves in the pleasant garden.

Marche-en-Famenne is a very nice location suitable for walks. Expnature : promenades guidées is only two kilometres from your holiday cottage. You can also enjoy a Trip in a horse-drawn carriage.

Located only 30 minutes from La Roche-en-Ardenne, your self-catering accommodation is ideally located to enjoy everything the Belgian Arednnes have to offer you in terms of tourist attractions. La Roche-en-Ardenne will offer you an unforgettable experience thanks to its feodal castle, its panoramic vistas, its restaurants... The town has many activities such as Les grès de La Roche-en-Ardenne and the Museum of the Battle of the Ardennes to learn more about some of the Belgian Ardennes' particularities. Vriendelijk onthaal! Zeer gezellig huisje met zeer gerieflijke keuken! Mooi uitzicht! Televisie werkte niet (we kregen geen zenders door), maar we kwamen niet om tv te kijken, dus ons stoorde dat niet. De kinderen vonden de paarden en het ezeltje leuk en de trampoline. Er heel leuk met vrienden nieuwjaar kunnen vieren!!!

Voor deze prijs mag de verwarming en elektriciteit mee inbegrepen zijn. Voor tieners niet echt ideaal omdat men geen wifi bereik hebt in de eetkamer en het salon. Graag ook multimedia vernieuwen om te beginnen om de VHS video player te verwijderen, dat is niet meer van deze tijd.

Antwoord van de eigenaar: J’accuse bonne réception de vos remarques et vous remercie de les avoir faites. Vous avez tout à fait raison pour le Wifi et le VHS. Nous allons faire en sorte de mettre un amplificateur pour le Wifi et enlever le lecteur de DVD. Cordialement.

Voor de tweede keer verbleven in dit mooie vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht en lekker zwembad. Toch enkele tips aan de eigenaars. Er zouden wat meer glazen mogen zijn, oa ook voor een biertje of een trappist. Een thermos om de koffie warm te houden is ook wel iets wat ontbrak. En de kapotte zetel is aan vervanging toe. Verder vinden wij dit een uitstekend huisje.
