Dating back to 1791 this holiday house was renovated in 2010 with a keen eye on providing full comfort for families up to 22 persons. Situated in a beautiful environment this 5-star luxury villa and its breathtaking view on the surrounding countryside will live up to your expectations no matter how long you are planning to stay. The warm atmosphere inside will please those who have an eye for high-quality material and fine decoration. Among the 8 spacious bedrooms, 6 come with a private bathroom equipped with a toilet, a washbasin and a bath/shower. The last 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a toilet and 2 washbasins.
Preparing a delicious meal together will be easy game in this self-catering accommodation for 22 persons and its fully equipped kitchen. Should you be exhausted after a long hike in the woods, the wellness area with its infrared cabin, hammam and swimming-pool will no doubt help you rest and recharge.
The playroom will be enjoyed by the whole family (table tennis table, baby-foot, game console, TV, DVD and Wifi). There is also a lot of fun to be had outside: the house offers 2 large terraces, one of which is partly covered. The large garden with its 2 petanque fields will also allow you to literally jump into the fun. Your villa is also the departure point of many hikes while the town ofMarche-en-Famenne with its numerous shops is just nearby.
Although the Grottes of Han are quite famous in Belgium, the Karting de la Famenne. The 750-meter long race track is quite short.

Zeer mooi groot huis. Enig minpuntje is dat er 2 microgolfs mochten zijn en de gasoven was ook niet praktisch. De rest was allemaal pico bello in orde .

Magnifique gîte pour un séjour entre amis avec des petits enfants. Les nombreuses chambres avec leurs salles de bains ainsi que la piscine sont un énorme atout! Nous retenons cette adresse pour un prochain week-end

Geweldig mooi huis op een top locatie!! Wij waren er met 3 gezinnen in de leeftijden tussen de 58 en 13 en het was voor iedereen leuk!! Bij het huis genoeg vertier maar ook in de omtrek veel mooie plaatsen om te bezoeken en leuk e activiteiten om te ondernemen. Een echte aanrader!!

Heerlijk groot huis, fantastische ligging, huiseigenaar zeer behulpzaam. Sommige delen wat aan onderhoud toe (badkamers / doucheslangen te kort of verkalkt)
Week-end fantastique passé dans cette grande propriété, magnifiquement située. Nous avons été bien acceuillis à notre arrivée par un hôte sympathique avec lequel la communication a toujours été excellente. La propriété était bien équipée et propre. La piscine et les terrains de pétanque sont un grand plus. Nous aimerions beaucoup revenir!
Excellent w-e passé dans ce gîte d’exception. Tout est réfléchi pour y passer un excellent moment en famille ou entre amis. Rien à redire sur la propreté et installations. Merci au propriétaire.
Uitstekende voorzieningen in een prachtige omgeving.
Het is jammer dat de douchekoppen niet in alle badkamers kunnen worden opgehangen. Douchen in bad is daardoor niet mogelijk.
Wir sind eine große Familie im Alter von 3 bis 75 Jahren und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle hatten viel Spaß und gute Erholung in diesem Haus. Wir würden wiederkommen!
Ideale vakantiewoning voor natuurliefhebbers die houden van mooie vergezichten en rust. Het is er zalig vertoeven omdat er alles aanwezig is om je te ontspannen te kokkerellen en te genieten met goede vriendinnen;

Zeer goed onthaal en aangenaam huis waar je met familie en vrienden fijne tijden kan beleven. Ook voor de allerkleinsten is alles voorzien, babybedjes, verschoonkussen, eetstoel.
Heerlijke vakantie gehad met de familie.Heel mooi huisje,zeer geschikt voor vakantie met kinderen.
Genieten in alle rust en luxe! Uitgebreide speelkamer voor de kinderen. De tafel in de eetkamer is echt een pronkstuk. Enige minpuntje is dat de wifi niet veel verder reikt dan de living. Ons heeft het niet gestoord, maar kan belangrijk zijn voor wie wenst te werken tijdens het verblijf. Aanrader!
Vanaf aankomst tot vertrek een prachtige tijd gehad. Het huis is groot en zo ingedeeld dat je veel samen kunt zitten (prachtige eettafel) maar je ook even kunt terugtrekken. De welness, zwembad en het buitengedeelte zijn echt fantastisch waardoor je het huis niet uithoeft, er is genoeg te beleven. Door de omheining perfect voor huisdier en kinderen (kunnen nergens heen). Al met al top verblijf en zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. We komen zeker nog eens terug??
