Furnished with great attention to detail, you will immediately fall in love with this house. Each room is decorated with rustic elements that honour the authentic character of this building from the early 19th century. However, you will also find modern amenities to enjoy an optimal level of comfort during your stay. This place is ideal for families since there is a games room equipped with billiards, table football and table tennis located in an annexe building, just a few meters away from the holiday home. You will also find four bedrooms with quality bedding and a personalised layout in each of them. There are two modern and spacious bathrooms as well. At the time of getting together with your family, head to the lovely living room time to share an aperitif while sitting comfortably on the beautiful sofas. Then you can continue to the dining area to share a nice meal in a friendly atmosphere. Also, note that the fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare any dish, from the simplest to the most ambitious. In summer, head outside to the large courtyard, where you will find garden furniture and a barbecue.
Marchin is a town located in the province of Liège, a dream destination for holidays close to nature. Een gezellig vakantiehuis, prachtig versierd in het kerstthema, alles aanwezig om met een groot gezin een week door te brengen. Goeie uitvalbasis voor heel mooie wandelingen.
Rustig gelegen, buiten het dorp, omgeven door weiden, maar aan een drukke baan. Binnen hoor je gelukkig geen verkeer. Een grote meerwaarde is de speelschuur waar onze tieners vele uren vertoefden. Een tuin is er niet echt, de voordeur is gelegen aan de binnenkoer en hier vind je groen, enkel steentjes en tegels. Er is een terras aangelegd. Zeer uitgeruste keuken. Heel aangename woonkamer. In de slaapkamers zijn er geen verduisterende gordijnen en de ganse bovenverdieping kraakt. Goede douche.
Ruime woning met voldoende activiteiten voor goed en slecht weer.
Het huis is geschikt voor vijf volwassen (niet acht), als ze niet het bed delen. Daar hadden we het op uitgezocht. Per persoon was het daardoor vrij duur. Ongelukkig voor ons is dat de huur van vrijdag tot vrijdag loopt. Wij hadden het verblijf nodig van zondag tot zaterdag. Een van ons is wel op vrijdag gekomen, omdat het kon.
Zeer vriendelijk onthaal. Alles uscaanwezig in de woning. De ontspanningsschuur is een meerwaarde voor alle leeftijden.
Mooi uitgeruste woning. Ideaal voor een gezin of voor een uitstap met vrienden. Interessante streek voor wandelingen en uitstappen.
Een mooi gerenoveerd vakantiehuis. Woon- en eetkamer zijn zeer gezellig. De bedden kunnen beter. Tijdens de winter kan de 2e badkamer niet gebruikt worden wegens geen verwarming.
Iets te duur en keuken niet proper en niet onderhouden.

Gezellig ouderwets ingericht huis. Vooral de speelruimte heeft een grote toegevoegde waarde.
Belle petite fermette très confortable. Il ne manque rien. Très belle pièce à vivre décorée avec goût. Cuisine spacieuse et complète. Très belle salle de jeu. Endroit très calme. Point d'attention mais c'est lié à la structure du bâtiment : beaucoup de marches entre les différentes pièces et escalier vers l'étage difficile. Difficile pour des personnes avec un handicap. Manque une barrière en haut de l'escalier pour les enfants (mais il y en a peut être une).
Karakteristiek huis in mooie omgeving. Rustig gelegen. Mogelijk punt van aandacht zijn vliegenhorren tegen de vliegen.
Aangename woning met alles op en aan. Enige probleem waren de lage deuren in sommige ruimtes.

On a passe quelque jour tres bon dans une ferme tres jolie. Trop beau salle de jeux pour les enfants. La maison peut faire mieux avec quelques unes update, mais vous trouverai tout il que faut pour passer des jours tres agreables.
