Zeer goede ontvangst, uitstekende ligging! Het vakantiehuis is ideaal voor 7 personen.
Gezellige vakantiewoning waar je met meerdere families kan vertoeven. De schuur met kicker, pingpongtafel en pooltafel was een leuke afwisseling, zeker na dagen regen. Ook fijn om de paarden te kunnen bezoeken. Huy en Modave waren zeker de moeite waard als uitstapje. Voor andere bezienswaardigheden, moest je wel al wat langer rijden.

De ontvangst was zeer uitgebreid. Veel toeristische informatie, veel uitleg over het huisje. Alhoewel huisje... er is zeer veel ruimte. Er is zelfs een schuur met een pingpongtafel, biljart, kickertafel en ook aan de kleinsten is gedacht. De ligging van het huis aan het RAVELpad is aangenaam en je kan in de streek prachtige wandelingen maken. Misschien wel de douche verbeteren en ook betere hoofdkussens.

Aangenaam vebrlijf met 8 personen. Kamers voldoende groot, 2 badkamers, adequaat voor korte verblijven.

Het huis is netjes en goed onderhouden. Het enigste grote nadeel zijn de vliegen die aanwezig zijn door naastgelegen paardenstal. Hierdoor kon je niet buiten eten. Ook liepen er een aantal ratten in de buurt van het huis. Dit alles zorgen er voor dat het niet heel hygiënisch aanvoelde.
Très chouette weekend. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et en ordre à l'arrivée. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil. Nous avons également beaucoup profité de la salle annexe et de la terrasse.

Le gîte est une ancienne ferme aménagée avec très bon goût. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée (petit détail qui compte). Le plus de ce gîte est la grande pièce extérieure équipée d’un billard, table de ping-pong et d’un kicker, le top pour des enfants ou des adultes qui le sont restés ;-). Les propriétaires sont très agréables et à l’écoute de nos petites demandes. Je recommande !

Ruim huis met gezellige woonkamer. Bedden kraken en ook de vloer op de 1e verdieping. Er ontbrak een droogrek en een stofzuiger. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding
De ligging was heel goed en het huis op zich als dit proper zou geweest zijn heeft wel charmes. Echter de netheid liet te wensen over zeker in de keuken. Etensresten van vorige op tafel en hing nog pasta aan het kookvuur zelfs onder de zetel nog en onder bed nog sok van vorige bewijst dat het niet echt proper gepoetst word. Koffie van vorige zat ook nog in koffiemachine. Voor 8p is de badkamer ook veel te klein. Douchekamer beneden kan je in de winter niet gebruiken véél te koud.
We werden in dit zeer mooi onderhouden vakantiehuis op een zeer vriendelijke manier ontvangen door de eigenaars. Het huis voelde al vanaf het eerste ogenblik zeer warm en verkomend aan en dit is voor de rest van ons verblijf zo gebleven. Een echte aanrader om te logeren in een rustieke, maar zeer verzorgde en goed onderhouden omgeving.
Franchement, nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end. Le logement a beaucoup de charme. Nous nous y sommes tous sentis à l'aise, la décoration cosy y est pour quelque chose. Une ancienne grange a été transformée en salle de jeux, tennis de table, kicker ... bien sympathique aussi. Et la région, verte, vallonnée, est de toute beauté et proche finalement de tout, Durbuy (Durbuy aventure), Liège (et sa foire)...

leuk verblijf in een authentieke Ardenne woning veilig afgespannen binnenkoer ideaal met kindjes
Wij hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf! We hebben ervan genoten!
verblijf met 2 gezinnen, geen echte tuin maar grote binnenkoer met kiezels: niet ideaal voor peuters/baby's, kan wel afgesloten worden, leuke speelruimte (biljart, ping pong, tafelvoetbal), vriendelijke eigenaar (toonde ons zijn paarden), veel vliegen omdat het naast een manège ligt, voldoende materiaal in huis (bestek, borden, koffiezet, microgolf, oven, bbq etc.), oud huis dus krakende vloer en kleine bedden, badkamers basic (vreemde geur boven)

Er wordt veel aandacht besteed aan het gezellig maken van de woning. De living was in orde, keuken en meeste materiaal was in orde, behalve de oven en de koffiezet, die een opfrisbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Storend waren de vele vliegen en vuile vliegenvangers in de keuken. Ongedierte zoals mieren en een muis werden gezien in de keuken. Slaapkamers : oude krakende bedden en krakende vloer. Netheid wel OK. BBQ in orde. Speelhal buiten : fijn voor gebruik, spijtig van waterinsijpeling.

Het was een gezellig en karaktervol huis waar we vriendelijk werden ontvangen. De gastvrouw sprak Frans, maar dat wisten we op voorhand. De ligging was ook prima, vanuit hier waren activiteiten in de Ardennen goed te bereiken. Echter leidde de te kleine losse bedden op de roze kamer ertoe dat een deel van ons gezelschap heeft geslapen op de banken. Dit heeft het voor hen wel een vermoeiend weekend gemaakt.

Maison très agréable et joliment décorée.
Heel leuke woning, mooi ingericht. De extra speelruimte is zeker een pluspunt. Branddetectie is er niet. En er is nood aan een nieuwe vaatwas.
