The four bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs, well separated from the living room because not everybody has the same rhythm when traveling as a group.
The terrace and garden are well oriented, directly overlooking the forest nearby for total disconnection!

ruime vakantiehuis aan een scherp prijs. groot voordeel dat alle bedden los kunnen naar 1 persoonsbedden. Een huisje waar ze nog volop bezig zijn om deze te verbeteren.
Zeer groot en mooi huis gebouwd met hoogwaardige materialen. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig (parasol, ligstoelen, grote garage, keukengerief, servies, ...). Groot terras met zicht op het groen. Zeer rustige locatie en ideale uitgangsbasis voor uitstappen, fietsen en wandelen.
Vrij goed. Goed gelegen. Confort
Omdat er geen vliegenraam was waren er veel vliegen binnen. Heel warm in de living omdat er geen gordijn voor 't groot raam was.
Mes amis et moi avons loué la maison pour un long weekend en Juillet. Tous s'est super bien passé: la cuisine est très bine équipée, le jardin est agréable, les lits sont confortables, la maison est bien située près de Maredsou et de sentiers de balades. Je recommande à 100%.
Maison idéale pour se ressourcer. Le seul point à améliorer c'est la propreté qui est un peu superficielle.
Een prachtig huisje, gezicht voor familie’s, grote gezinnen of vriendengroep. Hier en daar iets van onderhoud nodig maar verder een fijns verblijfs plaats
Parfait pour un séjour à 4 couples d'amis: chambres et literies ok, très belle salle à manger et terrasse, dans un coin superbe de la Belgique (châteaux, abbayes, promenades, la Haute Meuse ....), au calme c'est à dire pas loin mais pas trop près de Maredsous où, le dimanche, on aurait envie de chasser les marchands du Temple (référence biblique). Accueil sympathique et efficace, horaire élargis (départ possible à 20h le dernier jour, c'est un plus.

Zeer handig dat we voor de mooie wandelingen onmiddellijk konden vertrekken zodra we de deur uit gingen!
La maison de vacances était au top, assez d'espace pour tout le monde, un jardin qui permet de se poser tranquillement à l’extérieur. La région est magnifique, beaucoup d'espace vert, possibilité de faire pas mal de chose dans les alentours, parcours de randonnées situés directement à coté de la maison,...à refaire certainement.

Vriendelijke ontvangst alles aanwezig.
Maison très bien située pour découvrir Maredsous et ses villages aux alentours, équipée du nécessaire pour un séjour de 8 personnes. Mais mauvais rapport qualité/prix : propreté des ustensiles à revoir, quelques appareils/chauffage/équipements en panne ou cassés, arrivée autonome sans aucune informations/fiches à notre attention, ... Accueil réduit au strict minimum.

Mooi gelegen huis voor zeker de 6 personen waarmee we waren
Fijn ruim huis, ligging is in een mooi gebied, wandelen, fietsen. Het huis is netjes en volledig. Alleen glaswerk en servies is wat weinig. De vaatwasser doet het niet goed dus ook niet echt schoon. Dat kan verbeterd worden. CV ketel 2 keer afgeslagen, wel snel door de verhuurder verholpen.
Perfect huis voor een groot gezin of meerdere families. Wij waren met 5 volwassenen en vier kinderen en hadden meer dan genoeg ruimte. De zithoek zou iets groter kunnen maar met stoelen bijtrekken geen probleem. Keuken was goed uitgerust maar wat meer glaswerk zou geen kwaad kunnen. Verder alles prima in orde. We hebben ons prima vermaakt gedurende de week. De eigenaresse was er om ons welkom te heten en te helpen waar nodig.
Handig huis op een perfecte locatie gelegen, mooie buurt, geen grote luxe maar alles is aanwezig voor een prettig verblijf.
