Featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over two floors, this cottage is ideal for eight people (and up to 10 people). On the ground floor, there is a beautiful living area with contemporary decoration that includes the living room, dining room, and a small play area for children. You will also find a very modern and ultra-equipped kitchen where you will find all the necessary equipment to prepare your best recipes. Outside, there is a little piece of heaven waiting for you with a private garden by the river and views on the forest as far as the eye can see. Your children will also enjoy playing on the swing, slide, and petanque terrain. Lastly, there is a parking space available in the garage and also a private outdoor car park that has another four spots.
While staying in Modave, you should not miss visiting its magnificent castle, which borders the Meuse. Both outside and inside, everything in the castle is about beauty and refinement. Mooi volledig ingericht op een fantastische plek aan het water. Heerlijk s'avonds borrelen en bbq'en, en overdag met de motoren door de Ardennen denderen. Supermarkt op 5 minuten afstand. Bijzonder aardige verhuurder. Zeker een aanrader.
Heel gezellig weekend gehad met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Aangenaam verrast met de opgemaakte bedden ( 12) en 2 ledikantje en ook handdoeken en keukendoeken. Veel speelgoed voor de kinderen wat weinig zit/hang ruimte voor de volwassenen. Zeer slechte wifi!! Maar ons prima vermaakt met lezen en bordspellen. Het is een prima verblijf op een mooie lokatie met ruime slaapkamers maar met een kleine verblijf ruimte.

Vakantiehuis is te klein voor 10 personen. Foto's op de website zijn niet meer relevant. Het meubilair in de woonkamer en salon komt niet meer overeen. Bedden zijn aan vervanging toe en zeker de matrassen en hoofdkussens (vuil en vlekken). Algemeen zou het meubilair eens een grondige update kunnen gebruiken. positief: voldoende parking voor de deur, mooie omgeving In de keuken is er voldoende gerief aanwezig voor 10 personen. Heel tervreden, goede ligging
très bien situés, plendide nature. les sévices de base étaient presents avec un cuisine correctement équipée. mais il est faux d'znnoncer ce gîte comme luxueux. la mauvaise literie gàche les nuits. et l'espace commun est trop petit pour le nombre de lits s'il ne fait pas assez beau pour vivre dehors.

House is really nice, the garden is the biggest asset. But the groundfloor is a bit too tiny for 10 people. Hopefully, the weather was really nice and we could have lunch outside, with the sould of the river.
Fijne woning, iets kleiner binnen dan verwacht. Kamers wel héél ruim. Heel erg leuke, gezellige tuin! Alles wat je nodig hebt. Rivier, schommel, bbq, tuinmeubels. We hebben er héél erg van genoten. Ideaal voor met jonge kinderen. Rivier niet afgezet, vormde voor ons geen probleem. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Leuk buitenspeelgoed voor de kinderen. Functioneel. Leuk gelegen. Mooie wandelingen in de buurt.
Très charmante maison située dans une rue en cul de sac dans un très beau village de Modave. Très bon accueil et propriétaire sympa et disponible. La maison ne manque de rien, jardin très appréciable en bord de rivière. Une chose à redire éventuellement, salon/sàm un peu petit pour 11-12 personnes. Mais grâce au magnifique temps, nous avons pu profiter pleinement des extérieurs: piste de pétanque, rue calme et sans circulation pour les enfants, balançoire, rivière.. Nous recommandons!

Het is een mooie Ardeense woning gelegen aan een riviertje, wat het supertof en gezellig maakt om in de tuin te vertoeven. Er is veel slaapplek, een mooie keuken met alles wat je nodigt hebt.
