Whether you’re holidaying with family or friends, you’ll fall in love with this holiday home in the Ardennes straight away. An old farmhouse, it has traditional but stylish decor that works wonderfully. The interior courtyard is fantastic for sitting back and watching the children play. As for the facilities, they are simply perfect. The indoor pool is open all year round. The ping-pong table promises lively tournaments in the barn-turned-games-room. And the huge garden is a great place to relax.
This holiday home is also suitable for cycling holidays with a secure bike shelter, a washing machine and great trails in the surrounding area.
You’ll be staying in Marchin, near Modave. The Condroz and its stunning landscapes await. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit iconic sites like the Château de Modave (where our customers get an exclusive discount!).
This house is ideal for those who like to swim all year round, play together, explore little-known regions and stay in places with a story behind them. And its facilities make it the dream place to stay with children.
The pool is in a separate building to the accommodation (you just need to cross the courtyard), which helps keep the main house quiet - and dry!

Chouette maison pour un moment entre amis, rien à redire.
Chouette maison à condition d'y avoir déjà séjourné et de savoir tout ce qu'il faut apporter de chez soi, de ne pas être frileux, de bien se coordonner pour l'occupation des SDB et WC, ... Maison très bien située et dans un chouette environnement
Wij hebben genoten. Vooral van het zwembad en speelhal. Hele mooie omgeving. Huis is zeer gedateerd. Slaapkamerdeuren die niet sluiten en badkamerdeuren die niet op slot kunnen. Huiskamer is klein en versleten maar met een heerlijk openhaard. Hout is aanwezig. Eigenaar staat klaar als er iets kapot is of niet meer aanwezig. Hou er rekening mee, u bent daar niet alleen! Wij waren met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen 6jr - 70 jr.
Zeer prettig en gezellig.
Magnifique gîte dans un très beau cadre verdoyant (ancienne ferme-château en carré en pierres du pays). Hormis le salon un peu petit pour 9 personnes (capacité du gîte), le reste des pièces est agréable. La piscine couverte bien agencée est un véritable atout pour des vacances familiales.

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Bij aankomst vonden wij de welkomstboodschap en uitleg van de eigenaar op een ipad wat jammer en hebben we best even moeten zoeken zoals het zwembad open krijgen . De woonkamer is te klein om met 9 personen te kunnen zitten . Het huis heeft veel meer potentie van binnen dan wat het nu is. Het is wat oud bollig en heeft achterstallig onderhoud. Voor de rest was alles aanwezig . Het weer, het mooie zwembad, tuin, speelkamer en rustige omgeving waren super
Ruim verblijf, eigenaars vlot bereikbaar voor vragen, alle comfort die we nodig hadden voor ons groot gezin om een heerlijke week vakantie door te brengen. Onze kids waren dol op het zwembad en de trampoline. Met de jongvolwassenen hebben we ons geamuseerd met pingpong en spelletjes. Heerlijk rustige omgeving met mooie wandelingen in de omtrek.
Prijs kwaliteit was deze vakantiewoning zeker voldoende, hadden toch liever een persoonlijk ontvangst gehad ipv van filmpje op tablet. Zwembad was zeker een voltreffer voor de kinderen.
Mooi huis waar niets ontbreekt en zelfs aan de kleinste details is gedacht. Super lokatie. Wij hebben een heel leuk weekend gehad.
We hebben genoten van een bijzondere tijd met ons gezin.

De ideale uitvalsbasis om de leuke plekjes in de buurt te ontdekken: Durbuy-Adventure valley-kasteel van Modave... En heerlijk om na een dag ontdekken tot rust te komen in onze verblijf. Een aanrader!
Un trèd beau gîte qui fait partie d'un chateau rénové. Décoré avec goût, grandes chambres, excellente literie et feu ouvert très agréable. Nous avons eu la piscine pour nous tout seuls, grande et bien chauffée, pas de chlore ce qui est très agréable. Une excellente adresse.
Prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving. Behoeft hier en daar wat onderhoud.
A splendid stay in the gite in a larger family with children. The host was very kind. The pool area was great. Surroundings give a great place to hike around. The beds were comfy, the place was warm in the autumn.
Il faut savoir que si on loue cette maison, malgré un prix très élevé, on est pas sur d'avoir accès à la piscine (qui justifie de base ce prix élevé), il y a un manque d'entretien général de la maison à revoir (cuisine sale, four sale, portière qui fait un bruit énorme, latte du lit cassée, machine à café non détartrée, ...). Et malgré notre plainte par rapport à ca on nous donne une compensation absolument minime par rapport au prix payé pour cette maison

Een fantastisch mooie site. Als huurder beschik je over een afgesloten binnenplaats, een speelschuur en super proper binnenzwembad. Het huis is mooi en erg smaakvol ingericht en voelt heel gezellig aan. Het was een fantastische vakantieplek!
Agréable et spacieuse maison, piscine à 28° comme indiqué, parfait pour partir en famille. Attention, la cour et le jardin ne sont pas privés comme indiqué sur l'annonce et par le propriétaire par mail. Les concierges habitent dans une maison qui donne sur la cour, il y passent et profite également de la terrasse. Tout n'est pas nickel et parfait, mais nous nous y sommes bien senti et les vacances y étaient très agréables.
