The fifth bedroom is to be found on the second floor next to a mezzanine sitting room and you will also benefit from 2 bathrooms on the first floor. The sitting room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii console, football table football and WIFI internet connection. When the weather allows it, you will be able to enjoy the lovely garden equipped with barbecue. The property is entirely enclosed and it benefits from a play area and private parking spaces.
