This 3 star holiday home is to be found just 4 km away from Ohey in a peaceful environment. It is a perfect location for unforgettable family holidays in the province of Namur. On the ground floor, you will discover a spacious living area with a sitting room (equipped with TV, DVD player), a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. The ground floor also hosts two double bedrooms, one bathroom with bath tub, one separate toilet as well as an equipped laundry room. This living area is perfect to guarantee optimal privacy to 2 couples or a 5-person family. The first floor is composed of a second living area featuring a sitting room, a second equipped kitchen, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. And the second floor is meant as a relaxation floor with a mezzanine sitting room (with TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii console and table football table) and a double bedroom. The house has thus 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will also find a multipurpose hall which may host up to 15 persons for convivial moments. Wij hebben genoten van ons familieweekend. Fijn huis met mooie grote tuin voor de kinderen.
Het betreft twee gites in één gebouw die we samen huurden voor een weekend met vrienden. Ligging in het dorp, omgeven door een grote tuin met veel voorzieningen. Binnenin is de inrichting basic maar netjes. We hadden op zondagmorgen geen water om te douchen of af te wassen, na de middag was dat opgelost na tussenkomst van de eigenaar bij de watermaatschappij (schijnt daar regelamtig voor te komen). De eigenaar Martine was makkelijk bereikbaar en behulpzaam.
Een aanrader, heel mooi huis met veel comfort en een prachtige tuin.
Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenares en rondleiding in haar goed verzorgde en onderhouden vakantiewoning. Alle kamers en sanitaire voorzieningen zijn zeer netjes en de keuken(s) voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Ook in de prachtige en goed onderhouden tuin is het rustig vertoeven en ook deze is voorzien van alle benodigdheden (Stoelen, Tafels, Speeltoestellen voor de kinderen, ...). We hebben volop kunnen genieten van ons familieweekend.
Gîte très propre. Superbe espace extérieur, très bien équipé. Bâtiment attenant à la maison des propriétaires : portes intérieures communicantes, intimité limitée. Silence demandé après 22h. Aménagement intérieur peu pratique, pièces sombres. Déconseillé en hiver. Trois espaces cuisine : attention à y ranger chaque chose précisément à son emplacement d'origine, faute de quoi cela sera reproché (et éventuellement retenu sur la caution), malgré l'absence d'état des lieux détaillé ou listing.
Ruime vakantiewoning, maar de indeling is niet helemaal praktisch. De buitenruimte is super.
Excellent accueil de Martine, la propriétaire. La maison est spacieuse avec tout le confort , en particulier une grande table de jardin et un bbq couverts. Juste ce qu'il nous fallait pour retrouver à 5 couples d'amis avec nos vieilles autos bien à l'abri dans la cour, point de départ de nos randonnées...
Het was een leuk weekend op een fijne locatie. Het huis is goed onderhouden en het ontvangst was heel vlot!
Ruime, nette en goed uitgeruste woning. Zeer warm ontvangst en duidelijke instructies van de eigenaar.
Zeer hartelijke ontvangst. Heel vriendelijke gastvrouw. Het huis zelf was zeer net en uitstekend onderhouden. Er waren heel veel spelletjes aanwezig zowel binnen als buiten. We hebben een fantastisch weekend achter de rug. Dit vakantiehuis is echt een aanrader.
Ideaal huis voor meerdere gezinnen met kinderen
Een ruim vakantiehuis met veel goede functionele kamers en badkamers. Heel netjes en schoon en goed onderhouden. Een hele fijne centrale ruimte op de 1e etage met een eetkeuken en een vide met spellen en tv/ leeskamer. En een heerlijke tuin voor buitenactiviteiten! Wandelroutes niet direct vanaf het vakantiehuis, daar moet je per auto in 10 min. Naar toe rijden.
Mooi vakantiehuis , heel netjes met mooi overdekt terras en barbecue in de tuin voor groep. Woning kan opgesplitst worden voor kleinere groepen. Met hele familie 8 volwassenen en 7 kleinkinderen genoten van dit familieweekend.
Prachtig huis voor aantal gezinnen met kleine kinderen.
Het onthaal was heel vriendelijk . Ideaal voor families met kinderen. Veilige ligging en rustige omgeving. Mooie streek voor wandelingen.
Der Empfang und Checkin / Checkout durch die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und einfach, da sie direkt nebenan wohnt. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und Angaben in der Anzeige. Die Entfernung zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der schönen Stadt Huy ist optimal. Für eine große Gruppe sind die Aufenthaltsräume in den oberen Etagen leider etwas zu eng. Der untere Bereich ist größer aber dafür nicht so gemütlich.
Verschillende livings zijn een voordeel als je er met meerdere gezinnen verblijft. Nadeel: als je samen verblijft en kookt, dan moet je veel trappen doen en materiaal verhuizen. Heel positief: er is heel veel materiaal aanwezig: kookgerief, speelgoed voor de kinderen, buitenspeelgoed, ... . Keukens zijn goed ingericht. Overdekte terras is een zegen bij warm weer!
Fijn huis, speciale indeling wel maar alles is aanwezig. Van de tuin hebben we vanwege het weer geen gebruik kunnen maken helaas maar binnen is er ruimte genoeg.
Mooi huis net grote tuin, ideaal voor kinderen .Alleen moet het al vanaf 22:00 uur stil zijn.
