This 3-star holiday rental in the province of Luxembourg will charm you with its authentic atmosphere and rural charm. With its view of the forest and a pond nearby, this house offers a rustic setting that is ideal for a quiet and relaxing stay. Also, the accommodation consists of two buildings separated by a distance of about twenty meters. It has a total of six bedrooms (including three which are adjoining), and three bathrooms, so the cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all apart, allowing everyone to go about their business but also to get together for pleasant moments. The large sofas and armchairs in the living room, arranged in front of the wood-burning stove, are ideal for enjoying cosy moments. This beautiful 17th-century residence features a contemporary decor and is equipped with all the modern comforts, such as a hi-fi system and an internet connection. The 1200 m² private garden and its pond will please everyone. With the garden furniture, you can comfortably relax and enjoy a meal there, thanks to the barbecue available as well.

Your holiday cottage is located close to several attractions, and there are some lovely landscapes in the surroundings. Indeed, the situation of Orval in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes offers many activities in a wooded area, such as a boat trip with Passeurs Réunis, a kayak excursion with Kayak l’Embarcadère or a variety of outdoor sports at the Cap Nature Activity Centre. And for a cultural outing, head to the castles in the towns of Prouvy and Tintigny.

Your accommodation consists of two dwellings separated by a distance of about twenty meters. The main building houses the main living areas and four bedrooms, while the second features two large bedrooms and an additional bathroom.

Wat een fantastisch domein!! Super ligging, idyllisch. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst door Dominique en de super lieve hond Papouille ! Wij hebben een prachtige familie vakantie gehad en het geluk om een bever en 's avond everzwijntjes te zien die aan de vijver kwamen drinken. Zeer, zeer rustige ,bosrijke omgeving. Wandelingen bij de vleet. Zeker een aanrader!

L’accueil de Dominique était très chaleureux. Il est très disponible et à plein de bons conseils sur la région et les promenades à y faire. La maison est splendide et l’environnement extraordinaire. Le plancher du gîte 2 est un peu grinçant mais c’est ce qui fait le charme de cette vieille bâtisse. La cuisine est ultra équipée et les espaces communs sont assez grands pour y accueillir tout le monde. S’il fallait trouver un petit bémol ce serait le signal wifi un peu faible à certains endroits

Het huis is prachtig gelegen met een verzorgde tuin en een grote vijver. De kamers op de benedenverdieping (salon, eetkamer en keuken) zijn zeer ruim. Nadeel is dat niet iedereen in het hoofdgebouw kan slapen - de slaapkamers in het bijgebouw ogen ook antieker. Minpuntje was de zwakke WIFI en het ontbreken van een televisie.
