This 4.5 star new building for 12 persons is perfect to spend a comfortable and relaxing stay close to nature. It is spread over 3 floors and benefits from both modern and warm decoration. The ground floor hosts a playroom (equipped with a pool table), a relaxation area with Jacuzzi, an infrared sauna as well as a double bedroom (two single beds) with TV and bathroom. The first floor benefits from a large living area with sitting room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. It is also equipped with large bay windows offering a beautiful view over the river winding its way through the countryside. On the second floor, you will find 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which are equipped with a private bathroom, and one extra bathroom. The whole holiday rental has thus 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for optimal comfort. It is a new building built on a 600 m² garden. You will also find a 28m² furnished terrace, a petanque field and a parking-lot with 8 spaces.
This vacation home will allow you to discover the region in the best conditions. You will be able to enjoy several hiking or cycling routes starting in Paliseul, discover birds of prey at the Jardin des Hiboux (Owls’ Garden) in Graide, or visit the well-known and impressive Euro Space Center in Transinnes, a museum with playful activities about the universe.

EEN UITMUNTENDE VAKANTIEPLAATS VOOR ONS FAMILIEWEEKEND. PRACHTIGE LOCATIE MET VEEL MOGELIJKHEDEN VOOR KLEIN EN GROOT. HET RIVIERTJE EN DE VIJVER MET WATERFIETS WAS EEN TOPPER VOOR DE KLEINKINDEREN! OOK DE POOLTAFEL EN DE JACUZZI VIELEN IN DE SMAAK. DE WONING WAS STIJLVOL INGERICHT EN VAN ALLE HEDENDAAGS COMFORT VOORZIEN SAMENGEVAT: VOOR ONZE FAMILIE EEN IDEAAL VAKANTIEHUIS.
Fantastische week gehad in een meer dan uitstekend vakantie huis. De ruimtes, de ligging en de faciliteiten waren prima. Een tip nog om er en 10 van te maken: een sportveldje aanleggen, kleinere houtsblokken en wellicht iets meer sportatributen( bv dartbord )

Magnifiek huis, verzorgd tot in de minste details. Luxe alom! Mooi gelegen , in alle rust en bijzonder net ! Sfeervol ook ! Ronduit prachtig !

Uitstekend en zeer ruim aanbeveling vrije keukenkasten voor opbergen proviand en nazicht open haard niet kunnen gebruiken wegen terugslag rook
Een fantastisch huis op een sublieme ligging. Alleen spijtig dat de open haard in de leefruimte niet voldoende trok waardoor er veel rook naar binnen kwam .
Een plaats om terug te komen. Jammer dat de open haard niet goed functioneert. De stookopening is te groot waardoor de rook in huis komt. Dit zou verholpen kunnen worden door glas in de opening te plaatsen De ofyr buiten heeft wel veel goed gemaakt. Jammer dat er geen relaxzetels zijn bij sauna en jacuzzi. Misschien een tip naar de eigenaars toe. Verhuis de biljart naar boven en 1 van de salons naar beneden. Zo heb je ook een ideale filmhoek. Nu doet de grote tv weinig dienst.
Dit huis ligt op een fantastische plek : rustig, aan de Our, ruim zicht, grote tuin met visvijver
Prachtig vakantiehuis in een zeer mooie, rustige omgeving. Wij hebben genoten en ......we komen zeker terug.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in deze schitterende vakantiewoning! Van alle gemakken en luxe voorzien. We komen zeker nog eens terug.
Uitstekend verblijf!!! de enige opmerking is dat er verharding aangelegd word rond de BBQ ,bij regen word dit een modderpoel.

Prachtige woning, heel goeie ligging, alles was in orde. Wie hier geen vakantiegevoel krijgt dan weet ik het niet meer. Alles wat men nodig heeft is aanwezig. Prima woonst, we zullen deze zeker in het achterhoofd houden om nog eens terug te komen .

Prachtig huis. Alleen zou ik traphekjes aanraden v boven en onder aan de trappen ivm aanwezigheid v kleine kinderen.
