Downstairs, the fully equipped kitchen, charming dining room and cosy lounge flow seamlessly into each other, giving a very pleasant open, spacious feeling. Drenched in lots of natural light, the entire property has been furnished in a modern style, with stunning views visible throughout. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the terrace, a great place to relax and sit together along the long outside table. Perfect for a laid-back barbecue. One of the 5 bedrooms, along with one of the 4 bathrooms, is conveniently located on the ground floor. On the same floor, you will also find a dedicated playroom with games and television for the little ones. In the basement, the older kids are sure to love the table football and the dartboard. On the first floor, you will find the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms, with two of the bedrooms opening out onto the second terrace, perfect for sunbathing in front of this most unique of panoramas. In the spacious garden, children will love the trampoline, while both young and old can challenge each other to a round of pétanque on the pétanque court. Along with having your own separate parking area, you also have one electric charging station.

We hebben tijdens ons familieweekend genoten van de mooie omgeving rondom Verviers. Het uitzicht vanop het terras is ronduit schitterend, de woning is in perfecte staat. Alle benodigdheden zijn ter plaatse in deze mooie, ruime en gezellige woning. Een absolute aanrader!
Wij, opa en oma met kinderen en kleinkinderen, hebben genoten van dit huisje met prachtige ligging, mooie omgeving en mooie en ruime inrichting.
J'ai décidé de louer cette jolie maison pour un week-end KŒLÍA sans gluten entre cœliaques et sensibles au gluten. Tout était parfait du début à la fin : maison spacieuse et si bien décorée, équipement + que complet, aucun problème à signaler... Bref, nous avons passé un merveilleux moment ! MERCI ?
Een mooi, modern en proper huis met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een leuk weekendje. Wij hebben, als grootouders samen met onze 2 dochters en schoonzonen en onze 5 kleinkinderen, heerlijk genoten van een gezellig familie uitje.
We hebben heerlijk genoten in dit prachtige ruime huis. Voor de akoestiek en de sfeer zouden gordijnen en een schilderij aan de muur een mooie toevoeging kunnen zijn.
Ruim, comfortabel en sfeervol huis met schitterend uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Doordat iedereen zijn eigen badkamer heeft en er verschillende plekken zijn om te zitten, heeft iedereen zijn privacy terwijl je toch samen weg bent. Comfortabele bedden, zeer schone badkamers en ontzettend smaakvol ingericht. Echt top allemaal!

Prima huis. Volledig in orde. Netjes en meer dan voldoende keukenmateriaal. Een aanrader! Klein minpuntje in de zomer...je hoort de autostrade wel.
Wij vonden het een prachtige, zeer goed onderhouden woning, voorzien van alle luxe. De mancave in de kelder heeft nog een opfrisbeurt nodig, maar dat is bijzaak, als je de rest van de woning bekijkt. De buitenruimte hebben we jammer genoeg niet kunnen benutten, maar dat was te wijten aan het slechte weer. Zeker een aanrader.

Tolles Haus. Sehr sauber. Für unsere Gruppe als Probewochenende ideal. Als Wellnesswochenende wäre noch eine Sauna und ein Whirlpool toll.
Heerlijk huis om in te verblijven. Veel ruimte en mooi ingericht. Ontspanningsmogelijkheden, leuke speelhoek binnen voor de kinderen. Buiten een heerlijk terras, met pétanque baan, trampoline en ligstoelen. Ondertussen genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. Al met al een heerlijk familie weekend gehad. Komen graag terug.

Het huis overtrof onze verwachtingen, de ruimte, de styling, de rust, het uitzicht: de hertjes liepen in de verte door de achtertuin! Alles in huis was brandschoon, heel compleet ingericht en perfect afgewerkt. Voor de kinderen een speelruimte met volop leuk speelgoed, buiten een mooie trampoline. We hebben met de kinders en kleinkinders een heerlijke vakantieweek gehad, dit huis is echt een aanrader!
