Upon your arrival, you will be charmed by the authenticity and flair of this remarkable holiday home. Featuring four bedrooms, which are all superb and very well equipped, the cottage can accommodate up to nine people. Also, note that two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and that there is a third bathroom equipped with bubble bath. Upstairs you will also find a lounge and a reading room, which are ideal to relax in while reading a good book in peace. On the ground floor, you will find the main living area, which consists of an inviting dining room, as well as an equipped and modern kitchen. Outside, a charming terrace equipped with nice garden furniture and a barbecue awaits, so that you can enjoy the beautiful days and soak up the country atmosphere of this small village.
If you are looking for a place to enjoy a holiday close to nature, you are at the right spot. The area is full of outdoor activities and walks through beautiful landscapes. The main attraction that you should not miss is the site of the Eau d'Heure Lakes, where water sports reign. You will also discover beautiful walks and great places to eat. Everything is there to spend a pleasant day, especially since a few original activities are offered, such as the water ski lift. A real must! For another fun activity, an extraordinary paintball site awaits you on the ruins of the Château d'Agimont where you can play scripted parts in a Dantesque setting. Wij hebben 2 weken in dit huis gelogeerd, ontvangst was prettig en zeer vriendelijk. Communicatie verliep in het Frans en het Engels. Vanuit Vodecee de omgeving al wandelend verkend en naburige steden per auto bezocht. Tip van de verhuurders om het Franse plaatsje Givet op (20 km) afstand te bezoeken ivm de goedkopere boodschappen we blijven Nederlanders?. Helaas stoppen de verhuurders eind maart 2026 anders waren we zeker weer een keer teruggekomen. Wij kijken terug op een hele mooie vakant

Zeer goede en aangename gite, zeer vriendeliijke ontvangst, goede staat van de woning, goede ligging, rustig in een mooie omgeving, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst.
Fantastische eigenaars die je met open armen ontvangen. Fijne ligging van het huis. Alles vrij dichtbij qua winkels enz. Huis was tiptop in orde en toegankelijk voor volwassen en kinderen. Wij gaan zeker terug!
Fijn groot huisje waar we hebben genoten met 9 personen en 2 grote honden.
Groot verblijf en mooi ingericht. Afgelegen locatie . Slechts 1 winkeltje op 2 km. Broodautomaat om de hoek. Ideaal voor 6 of 7 p. Kwaliteit van de bedden kan veel beter. Living (eet)tafel is te beweeglijk. Amper 2 ligstoelen voor de tuin. ( kiezelruimte van +/- 4x5 m. Deurklinken niet vast. Badkamer , douche en toiletten zijn in orde.
Fijne vakantiewoning, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Rustig gelegen, tuintje afgeschermd door grote haag zodat je privacy hebt. Hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaars, zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. In de buurt heel veel te ontdekken en te doen, parc crocodile rouge zeker een aanrader, evenals jardin d'o Nismes. We hebben van ons verblijf genoten.
Fijne woning met gastvrije eigenaren. Er zijn voldoende activiteiten en wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt voor een gezin met actieve kinderen en een hond.
Het vakantiehuis is goed ingericht met alles wat we nodig hadden voor ons verblijf. Hier en daar is er wel wat onderhoud nodig, maar alle technieken werkten. Het is ruim en gezellig ingericht, met goed ingerichte keuken en voldoende badkamers.
Superleuk verblijf gehad in Philippeville met mijn kinderen en kleinkids. Huis is aanrader met kinderen vanaf 3j. Wij hadden eentje van 18 maanden bij en konden jammer genoeg de trap niet goed afsluiten. Verder had het huis had alle voorzieningen.
Très chouette accueil des propriétaires. Gîte dans lequel on se sent bien. Très chaleureux et agréable à vivre. Très bel endroit pour passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Région magnifique, surtout si on aime faire de belles promenades. A recommander absolument
Heel vriendelijke eigenaars, heel behulpzaam, waren onmiddellijk present om een gourmet set te brengen voor onze tweede avond. Heel bonding en duidelijke instructies. Enkel een beetje jammer dat de keuken / eetkamer op gelijkvloers is en de living een verdiep hoger, maar het was totaal geen handicap. De inrichting van het huis heeft aan onze verwachtingen beantwoord.
Alles in orde. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst van de sympathieke eigenaar. Topweekend geweest.

Leuk boerderijtje, was ideaal voor het samenzijn met mijn kinderen, schoonkinderen en kleinkinderen.

Nous avons passé un très bon w-e dans le gîte de Nathalie et Marc, super accueil.
Infrastructure très conviviale. A améliorer : - trop petit frigo et pas de surgélateur : un peu difficile pour 9 personnes - info pour l'évacuation des déchets (pas de containers) - pas de quoi nettoyer (ramassette)
Net groot genoeg voor het aantal mensen, alles was heel netjes en een heel rustige buurt, neem zelf spelletjes mee en plezier gegarandeerd ;)
